For Guests With Children
We offer the following amenities and services to make your stay comfortable with children:
Stay and Amenities
Children under 5 years old may stay free of charge when sharing a bed with an adult. For children aged 6 and above, they will be registered as adults, and the same accommodation rate as an adult will apply, even if no additional bed is required. Additionally, only one child per existing bed (excluding sofa beds, extra beds, and daybeds) is allowed. If exceed the maximum occupancy, an additional charge or a separate room reservation will be required.
The following items may be borrowed and please be advised that advance reservation is required and also the quantities are limited. We recommend informing us in advance of any specific needs.

The Height from the floor is standardized at 50 cm for all beds. The Height of extra beds may vary depending on type.
- Twin Beds: 120 cm x 203 cm x 25 cm

- Suite Room King Beds: 200 cm x 203 cm x 25 cm
- Extra Bed (Sofa Bed): 90 cm x 200 cm x 19 cm
At the Restaurants
- High chairs, children's tableware, and cutlery are available upon request. Please inform us when making your reservation.
- Children under the age of 12 are not permitted at our specialty restaurant, “Shirakachi Sushi.”
- At All Day Dining Serale and Cucina Serale (Italian), we offer a dedicated kids’ menu. For other restaurants, please choose from the à la carte menu.
- If you have any food allergies, please let us know in advance when making your reservation.
- You are welcome to bring baby food into the restaurant.
At the Pools, Activities & Spa
- When using the pool, children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times and remain within arm’s reach for safety.
- Children who are not yet toilet-trained must wear swim diapers under their swimsuits when using the pool.
- Camp Hyatt offers a variety of activities for children aged 4 and above. Eligible children can join under our supervised care, and parents are welcome to observe.
- For safety reasons, children who are not participating in programs at the Seragaki Island Marine & Activity Club may not accompany or observe the activities.
- Guests under the age of 15, even when accompanied by an adult, are not permitted in Spa Hanari.” To ensure your child is cared for during your treatment, we recommend using the Camp Hyatt program.

Reservations & Fees
- All displayed prices include consumption tax. A service charge will be added separately. Please note that due to system constraints, there may be slight discrepancies in the total amount.
- Guests who are not staying at the hotel will be charged an additional visitor fee: Adults: ¥5,000 + tax / Children (ages 6–11): ¥2,500 + tax.
- Reservations for each program must be made at least one hour prior to the start time.
Cancellations & Changes
- To change or cancel your reservation, please contact us by 7:00 PM on the day prior to your booking. Cancellations made after 7:00 PM will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- All programs are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice due to weather conditions, sea conditions, tides, or equipment maintenance.
- Each program has a capacity limit. Participation may not be possible if the program is fully booked or equipment availability is limited.
Safety Guidelines
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Participation is not permitted for guests who are pregnant or may be pregnant.
- Depending on your health condition, participation may be declined for safety reasons. Guests aged 75 and above are not eligible to participate.
- Guests aged 60 to 74 must provide a medical certificate and consent form, regardless of medical history. Any costs associated with obtaining these documents are the responsibility of the guest.
- In the event of schedule changes or cancellations due to weather, sea conditions, tides, or equipment maintenance, costs incurred for obtaining medical certificates cannot be refunded.
Notice for photo-shooting, filming or recording
We kindly ask that guests taking photos or videos in our public areas—including the lobby and indoor/outdoor pool area or while inside the hotel’s bars and restaurants—give due consideration to the privacy and comfort of other patrons and refrain from including them in the content. Please refrain from acts that may disturb other guests, such as taking photos for a prolonged period in our public spaces. In the interest of ensuring the enjoyment and privacy of other guests, please understand that on certain occasions, hotel associates may approach you regarding the use of cameras and/or other recording devices.
Please note that photography and video recording for commercial purposes are prohibited unless prior permission has been granted by the hotel. Additionally, wedding photo shoots involving formal attire such as tuxedos or dresses are also not permitted.
No Smoking Policy
At Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island, Okinawa, smoking is prohibited throughout the entire property (including all guest rooms, balconies, outdoor terraces, bars, private rooms, outdoor pools, beach areas, and all other outdoor spaces within the hotel grounds) except in designated smoking area. The smoking room is located on the first floor of The Island, in front of the restroom. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Pet Policy
The hotel does not allow pets except for service animals.

Disposable Guest Amenities
As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste, our hotel has replaced in-room amenities with products made from sustainable materials. Additionally, we have switched our plastic water bottles to aluminum bottles which can be refilled at the water stations located on each guest room floor. We encourage you to carry your daily essentials and join us in our efforts to promote sustainability.
