Executive Chef Kazuya Komura
With a distinguished career spanning over 12 years at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo, Chef Komura has been instrumental in developing many of the hotel’s signature dishes. He further honed his expertise at Park Hyatt Niseko, where he oversaw the All Day Dining, In-Room Dining, and Club Lounge as the head chef. Recognized as the 2019 Hyatt Asia Pacific Italian Specialist and the 2021 Hyatt Asia Pacific Specialist, Chef Komura was appointed Executive Chef of Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island, Okinawa, in April 2023. He embodies the hotel’s concept of “a hotel that energizes you” through his culinary creations and strives to establish a restaurant that will be cherished and frequented by guests for years to come.
