Yusaku Yara Head Sommelier
Born in Yomitan Village, Okinawa. Graduated from Okinawa International University, after pursuing his skills at various hotel operations in Okinawa, participated in the launch of Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island, Okinawa, which opened in August 2018.
Yara was appointed Head Sommelier in January 2024. Certified Bartender by the Hotel Barmen's Association, Japan, Sommelier by Japan Sommelier Association and J.S.A. Sake Diploma.
