Seragaki's Energizing Breakfast
One of the joys of travel is starting your day with a memorable breakfast. At our live kitchen, chefs prepare Seragaki’s signature French toast and classic omelets right before your eyes, tailored to your preference. In addition, we offer a daily selection of meat dishes—ranging from juicy grills
to delicate shabu-shabu—alongside Okinawan specialties crafted with local ingredients. Enjoy a vibrant and flavorful start to your day with a variety of menus that celebrate the taste of Okinawa.

Serale’s all-day menu is perfect for every mood – from crisp pizzas and fresh pastas to the chef’s must-try Beef Cheeseburger, made with 100% U.S. beef and a buttery brioche bun. For a slower pace, linger over cakes by our pastry chef or the signature French Toast during tea time. On weekends and holidays, gather family and friends for a resort-style lunch buffet – a relaxed, indulgent escape from the everyday.
*Guests using the breakfast package can switch to the weekend lunch buffet at no extra cost.

Weekend Lunch Buffet
A lunch buffet for the whole family is now being offered by our pastry chef in a kids' workshop. Creating icing cookies is a wonderful way to make lasting memories with your family. We will assist your children in crafting their own original icing cookies, providing careful guidance and examples. The cookies can be taken home as cherished keepsakes.
Date: Saturday-Sunday and holidays throughout the year.

Enjoy Seragaki’s popular weekend lunch buffet, presented in a cheerful spring atmosphere that welcomes the season of strawberries.

At Serale Grill, premium steaks are seared in a 900°C broiler to lock in flavor and tenderness. Each cut undergoes a meticulous three-stage cooking process, finished with clarified butter for a touch of sweetness. From classic sirloin to the 1kg T-bone steak, enjoy a refined grill experience with your choice of lemon, chimichurri, or truffle-infused steak sauce.

Okinawan Fish Market Platter [Limited to 5 servings per day]
A vibrant seafood platter inspired by the flavors of a traditional Okinawan fish market. Featuring local delicacies such as tiger prawns, island octopus, Okinawan Turban Shell, and sea grapes—beautifully complemented by carefully selected mussels and our house-marinated salmon, sourced from around the world. Perfect for sharing between two to three guests. *Please note that the contents of this platter may vary depending on the availability of ingredients.

Our Chef
Yuichi Yoshimoto Western Cuisine Chef
Born in Okinawa, Yuichi was inspired by the joy his cooking brought to his family when he was in high school and decided to embark on a journey to become a professional chef.
After graduating from culinary school, he began his career at a Local Hotel in Okinawa. He continued to gain experience at other international hotel brands and an Italian restaurant within the prefecture before joining Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island Okinawa in 2018. He contributed to opening the all-day dining restaurant Serale as well as Cucina Serale and was appointed Western Cuisine Chef in October 2021.
