Dress Code 

For guest coming directly from the ski slopes to dine in the hotel, we offer boot storage and slippers to be worn in the hotel while dining. Please come directly to the ski slope entrance for boot storage and slippers. Smart casual. We kindly request that all guests refrain from wearing beach sandals, ski boots, hotel robe, bathroom slippers, male sportswear, tank tops or other sleeveless garments

Ski Valet Cafe is open specially for snow season. Located at the doorstep of Ski slope, ideal pit stop for a quick bite for energy charge. Freshly made sandwiches or hot PIEME pies, canelé or macarons at your convenience. Come down and relax around the firepit lit from 3pm, enjoy local brew beer or marshmallow to grill at the fire.

Chef Adrien Nanus

Born in the gastronomic capital of France, Lyon, Adrien has dreamed of being a pastry chef since he was a little boy. After studying at culinary school in Pastry and Bakery, his hometown, he worked for several companies in France. After spending ten years in France, Adrien decided to explore the world. He has been working in Qatar, Hong Kong, and China, and even as an onboard chef on a cruise ship.

As a Pierre Hermé Paris Chef, Adrien has been showcasing his passion, imagination, and curiosity while keeping his knowledge of traditional French pastries, wishing all the customers who tasted his creation bring a smile and happy memories of Niseko.
