Reducing Plastic Resources

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono actively supports the reduction of plastic waste through multiple resort-wide initiatives.

Pet Policy

Enjoy a luxury stay within Hanazono’s pristine nature in one of our 65-square-meter pet-friendly rooms. Kindly note that your pet needs to be fully trained and vaccinated at least 14 days to 1 year prior to arrival. A pet consent form is required for a Pet Staycation booking and is also available by contacting the hotel by email at ctsph-front.office@hyatt.com. The consent form is required to be returned to the hotel by fax (+81 136 27 1251) or via email: phniseko.front.office@hyatt.com in advance and with a copy of the pet’s vaccination certificate. Up to two (2) dogs weighing maximum 6 kilograms each are allowed to accompany a guest per room. There is a deposit of JPY 10,000 per pet. Rates are based on the charge for one pet. A second pet requires an extra fee of JPY 10,000 per night.

Dress Code

We kindly request that all guests refrain from wearing garments such as training jerseys, beach sandals, ski boots, etc. while in hotel indoor public areas. A smart casual dress code is required in most restaurants and bars. For specific requirements, kindly check the Dining page.

Photography

We kindly ask our guests to consider the privacy and comfort of other guests while taking photos within the hotel.

Smoking Policy

At Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono, all restaurants (including terraces and private dining rooms), bars, guest rooms, and public spaces are designated as non-smoking areas.

We have designated smoking areas are available near the ski valet entrance of the Residence tower as well as near the entrances of both the Hotel tower and Residence tower where our guests can smoke.
