Dress Code
We kindly request that all guests refrain from wearing the following garments at Teppan: ski boots, hotel robes including in-room yukata, bathroom slippers, male sportswear such as training jerseys, tank tops or other sleeveless garments.

Unlike the usual Teppan restaurant, we prepare everything on the Teppan counter. From the appetizer to the main course, delicately fried rice to the dessert! In close collaboration with Pierre Hermé Paris, our chefs create mesmerizing deserts on the teppan you will remember. Benefit from the local wine and sake recommendations from our Chief Sommelier to enhance your culinary journey.
OUR CHEF
Satoshi Hiruta is from Betsukai Town, Hokkaido. After graduating from a culinary school in Hokkaido, he began his career at Hotel Monterey, where he spent 11 years honing his skills in Western cuisine and Teppan Yaki.
Following his tenure at the hotel in Sapporo and wedding venue, he transitioned to a French restaurant.
Passionate about showcasing Hokkaido’s finest ingredients, he takes pride in delivering an exceptional Teppan dining experience to domestic and international guests. He also specializes in vegetables, especially vegetables with versatile uses and a little sweetness. He also likes working with fish
