Originally from Qingdao, Hu Peng traveled worldwide to showcase his top culinary skills. He was certified as an advanced chef in Chinese culinary art. His journey started from his hometown Qingdao, Park Hyatt Beijing, Singapore, and to Bahamas - Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. His reputation with vast knowledge of Chinese and Asian cuisine goes up to satisfy state guests in Singapore. Please enjoy his fragrant, rich, spicy, and delicious authentic Chinese recipes!
