The Lounge

The Lounge is the heart of Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono and offers all day long international and Hokkaido cuisine in a refined but casual setting. All meals are prepared with the freshest local products.

Discover Pierre Hermé Paris x Park Hyatt Niseko’s Summer Afternoon Tea as well as special Evening Tea themed around Mountain Lights - Installation art of Bruce Munro. Evening Tea comes with elegant four courses, featuring a creative savory using seasonal vegetables, Hokkaido king crab and king salmon, Pierre Hermé Paris’s exclusive selection of sweets, delicious sconces along with a home-made blueberry jam and colorful macarons. Traditional Japanese and French inspired teppan menus are carefully prepared at our teppan counters, featuring a premium selection of Hokkaido vegetables, Wagyu beef, abalone and Japanese seafood. Benefit from the local wine and sake recommendations from our Chief Sommelier to enhance your culinary journey. 

Teppan was awarded the Best Award of Excellence, categorized as two wine glasses in Wine Spectator's Restaurant Awards in 2023. Teppan and Park Hyatt Niseko's wine lists hold more than 700 kinds and 8,500 bottles of wine from different regions and countries.

The Clubhouse at the center of Niseko’s renowned 18-hole Hanazono Golf course allows for spectacular views of Mount Yotei and all of the golfing action on the green. Fully renovated in 2019, the Clubhouse restaurant offers daily a selection of Japanese and Western classics, stone-oven pizza and Pierre Hermé Paris luxury patisserie.
