Participation in the national “Go To Travel” Campaign (Japan Tourism Agency)

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono has been registered as an official hotel operator for the “Go To Travel” campaign of the Japan Tourism Agency.

Residents of Japan staying in the hotel any time after September 1 may be entitled to a subsidy from the Japan Tourism Agency’s “Go To Travel” campaign. Subject to your eligibility and the “Go To Travel” campaign terms and conditions applicable at the time of check-out, the ”Go To Travel” subsidy allowance amount will be deducted directly from your total bill at the time of check out. Please note that your stay may no longer be eligible if the “GoTo Travel” campaign subsidy has ceased or been suspended by Japan Tourism Agency. Hotel Services Temporarily Limited (Update 16 July, 2020)

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues, Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono is temporarily limiting several hotel services. Within this period, Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono continues to accept new reservations and to serve our valued guests.

The Lounge, The Bar & Cigar Lounge, Mountain Lounge, Molière Montagne and In Room Dining will be in operation while other restaurant outlets will temporarily close. The Lounge will serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, and provide international, Olivio Italian restaurant and Japanese omakase menus.. The spa and event facilities are closed until further notice, but the gym, swimming pool and Onsen are open for our guests.

We apologize for any inconvenience these limited services may cause our hotel guests. Thank you for your understanding that these are only temporary. We remain committed to providing all our guests with the highest levels of service possible.

Notice on precautionary measures

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is always a top priority.

We continue to closely monitor the ongoing COVID-19 situation and follow guidance issued by the World Health Organization and local authorities.

Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono has implemented proactive precautionary measures including increasing sanitization of public areas, restaurants and bars, wearing facemasks, temporary suspension of buffet service, etc.
