Traditional Teppan with French twist

Unlike the usual Teppan restaurant, we prepare everything on the Teppan counter. From the appetizer to the main course, delicately fried rice to the dessert! In close collaboration with Pierre Hermé Paris, our chefs create mesmerizing deserts on the teppan you will remember. Benefit from the local wine and sake recommendations from our Chief Sommelier to enhance your culinary journey.

Chef Keiichiroh Murakami

Chef Murakami is passionate about French cuisine. It was a mere coincidence when he stepped into the world of Teppan in his career at Sapporo's hotel. Chef Murakami has been appointed twice as the Ambassadors' chef by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to pursue his dream of seeing the world. He also traveled and spent a year in Paris and Marseille, cooking in many different restaurants, meeting various artists, being inspired by their ambitions, and learning more techniques of French cuisine. Enjoy this authentically French-inspired Teppan cuisine - from appetizer to dessert, all on Teppan.
