His journey started from his hometown Qingdao, Park Hyatt Beijing, Singapore, and to Bahamas - Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. His reputation with vast knowledge of Chinese and Asian cuisine goes up to satisfy state guests in Singapore. Please enjoy his fragrant, rich, spicy, and delicious authentic Chinese recipes!
