The Cacao Club
Johnnie Walker Black Label layered with Li Chu 64% Raspberry, Ratafia Rossi, a whisper of durian, and brightened with lemon. Finished with a delicate foam for a smooth, lingering finish.
Chocolate Block
A chiseled 70% dark chocolate block, designed by our Executive Pastry Chef to complement cocktails and spirits served at the bar, with pairing recommendations by our Head Mixologist.

LEE WEI LUNG, BEVERAGE MANAGER
At the heart of the bar is Wei Lung, turning every cocktail into a story. He began behind a neighborhood bar in 2018, driven by a curiosity for flavor that evolved into a dedicated craft. In 2024, he represented Malaysia at the Monin Cup in France, emerging as National Champion, APAC Second Runner-Up, and Global Finalist.
Drawing from both heritage and modernity, his cocktails are layered and expressive, where every element is considered – from aroma to texture, balance to finish.
PETER TENG, HEAD SOMMELIER
A passion for wine and the connections it fosters has guided Peter Teng’s career across Asia, enriching his appreciation for the narratives each bottle holds. With thoughtful intention behind every selection, he creates moments at the table that endure beyond the final sip.
