Chef Marcus brings a cultivated perspective to the kitchen, shaped by his experience across respected culinary establishments in Singapore and his native Malaysia. He began his journey in Singapore before returning home, where he refined his approach to modern European cuisine through a deeper understanding of technique and flavor.
Rooted in an ingredient-led philosophy, his cooking is guided by French and Nordic influences and enriched by his own heritage. With seasonality and simplicity at its core, each dish is crafted to honor the character of every ingredient.

With over a decade of experience in fine dining and event service, Kris Yau brings more than knowledge; he brings discernment refined through years on the floor, where his understanding of hospitality is intuitive rather than routine – present in the tone of a welcome, the pace of service, the way a room settles into its rhythm.
