Disposable Guest Amenities

As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste, our hotel provides a limited selection of disposable guest amenities. We kindly suggest packing necessary daily essentials to bring with you. Should you have any special requests or require additional amenities, please feel free to contact us after check-in. 

Hotel Fee Policy

Effective March 1, 2024, all rate quotes are subject to an 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST). Additionally, a tourism tax of MYR 10 per room per night will be applied to all foreign guests in accordance with the government of Malaysia’s mandate.

Pet Policy

Photography Policy

Guests are welcome to capture personal moments while dining at our bars and restaurants. However, we kindly ask that photography be conducted with due consideration for the privacy and comfort of other guests.

To ensure a serene and enjoyable atmosphere for all, hotel staff may, on occasion, approach guests regarding the use of cameras or recording equipment.

For any professional, commercial or media-related photography, prior approval must be obtained from our Marketing Team.

Our location provides seamless access to public transportation, making it effortless for guests to explore the city. Merdeka MRT Station is just a short walk away, offering direct connections to Plaza Rakyat LRT, Maharajalela Monorail Station and several bus stops nearby.

Smoking Policy

Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is a 100% smoke-free property. A cleaning fee of MYR 5,000 per day will apply to any violations.
