Savor dishes such as s Botok Ikan, a fragrant dish steamed in banana leaf; Udang Kara Laksa, a creamy, spiced noodle soup with lobster; and Puff Pastry Lamb Biryani, a hearty, aromatic dish encased in a golden, flaky crust.
