I had a very good stay overall at Park Hyatt Guangzhou! The arrival experience was exceptional—the concierge noticed I was overheated during a heatwave and thoughtfully offered tissues while handling my luggage and guiding me to the 65th-floor sky lobby. However, housekeeping consistency could be improved. On my 2nd day, my Globalist welcome amenities and hand-written note were prematurely cleared away, and basic items like bath salts and cotton pads were not refilled. Since the hotel does not have a dedicated executive lounge, offering complimentary drinks or snacks at their incredible rooftop bar for Globalists would be a fantastic way to go above and beyond for loyal guests. Beautiful property with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to detail!

My stay at the Park Hyatt Guangzhou was truly exceptional from the very first minute I walked through the doors. From the warm welcome at reception to the final farewell, every member of the team demonstrated an extraordinary level of courtesy, professionalism, and genuine care that made me feel valued throughout my stay. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. My room offered one of the most breathtaking views of Guangzhou I have ever experienced. Waking up every morning to the incredible skyline through the floor-to-ceiling windows was unforgettable. The room was elegant, spacious, impeccably clean, and designed with remarkable attention to detail, combining luxury with comfort perfectly. What impressed me the most, however, was the consistently outstanding service. Every request was handled immediately with efficiency and a smile. The staff anticipated guests’ needs naturally and created an atmosphere of true hospitality rarely found even in top luxury hotels. Breakfast each morning was another highlight of the experience. The quality of the food was simply superb, with an impressive selection of fresh international and local specialties prepared to perfection. Equally remarkable was the breakfast service team, whose attentiveness and kindness elevated the entire dining experience. The staff ensured everything was flawless while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Without question, the Park Hyatt Guangzhou sets the standard for luxury hospitality. Between the spectacular views, exceptional rooms, world-class food, and impeccable service, this hotel delivered one of the finest hotel experiences I have had anywhere in the world. Incredible hotel that has the best views of the city! The wait staff at the rooftop bar were amazing. The room was a corner suite that was stunning. The front desk helped us and is a huge value add for the hotel! Food was perfect every meal and made it an amazing experience in Gaungzhou!

The Park Hyatt Guangzhou is very easy to find, suitably located and quiet. It is very grand, clean, great value with service as impeccable, efficient, courteous and always with a smile. Service in the hotel was way better then I expected, this hotel concierge service was excellent. The team there was supper helpful, patience and kind whenever I need help, especially this team lead host " Sam Shen" which knows his work and did his duty to satisfied guest like me as a frequent traveller.

Excellent hotel in Guangzhou. Location is close to everything, food and shopping. 5 minutes to the Mall of the World. View is spectacular.

Amazing location! I even scored a room with a Canton Tower view, which was definitely the highlight. The view was stunning. Unfortunately, everything inside the room was less so. Hygiene, in particular, needs some serious help. I found hair in my breakfast (extra protein I didn’t order), and the bed sheets didn’t seem particularly… fresh. Any remaining optimism vanished when I watched housekeeping place a fresh set of blanket directly onto the sofa before making the bed. The same sofa I sit on daily. This did not exactly boost my confidence in the cleanliness of the linens. Then came the disappearing-items subplot. Some of my personal belongings were thrown away despite very clearly not being in the trash. When I asked about it, the items were magically returned in perfect condition. The official explanation? “Sorry, your items fell off the desk and we thought you didn’t want it anymore.” Because yes, that’s obviously how guests signal they want their belongings disposed of. Lastly, a special mention to James Guo at the concierge counter, who was impressively clueless and noticeably uninterested when I asked for recommendations. A concierge desk without help is… a bold concept. Great view, great location but cleanliness and service definitely need to catch up.

The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, very close to underground Metro, shopping, F&B and amenities. The atmosphere of the hotel is simple yet luxury and made me felt at home. Room size were spacious, very clean and well equipped with a separate closet, sofa set, working / dining desk, international adapters, automatic curtain / sheers and a good view of the city. Noise level and sound proofing in the room is very good. Service is very good with attentive and responsive staff at each service level. Amenities were also very good with well equipped gym, spa and infinity pool facing the Canton tower. Will definitely come back one day.
