Just trust this — this hotel is exceptional. I stayed at the Aman hotel in tokyo once…This was almost an equivalent.

Spectacular in every way - Rooms, Service, View, Dining

We stayed at the Park Hyatt Guangzhou Tianhe for one week as a couple and genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel felt very calm, elegant and extremely comfortable. The views from the rooms and public areas are stunning.

Breakfast was a real highlight for us. Excellent buffet with a wide selection, high-quality ingredients, and a relaxed atmosphere.

We also loved the location. The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of several major shopping malls and many great restaurants.

The service was attentive and professional, warm and welcoming. Special thanks to General Manager Jakob for high great hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Perfect location in Tianhe

I think the only downside of the hotel will be the carpet condition, as mentioned by some others. Everything else was top notch, with the view and especially the upon order breakfast and buffet spread.

A hotel I will definitely stay if I were to come back to Guangzhou again!

I would like to say thank you to Joy and Gemini to go above and beyond on providing the greatest service to our stay. Joy helped my wife on her parcel delivery even calling the delivery person for an update. Gemini was super responsive on my emails prior to our stay.
I also wanted to say thank you to Ella and David from the concierge welcoming us everyday with big smile and organising transport for us. Definately will come back and stay at Park Hyatt Guangzhou.

Amazing stay

Non-smoking floor smelled like smoking floor. Inconsistent customer service with guest service and housekeeping,  Hallway carpet sooooo stained that it does not warrant a 5 star rating hotel, more like 1 star. I would not return!!!

Don't expect 5 star service

A subtle hotel within the CBD area. The best thing about staying here is that its quiet, and the panoramic view from the tower is amazing.

Good service and convenient location.  Hotel was very nice with a nice view of Canton Towel at the Roof Top bar.  Just one thing to improve, Coffee in the breakfast buffet could be better.  Not hot at all, just lukewarm.

I recently stayed at the Park Hyatt Guangzhou and had a truly outstanding experience. May at the front desk gave me one of the warmest welcomes I’ve ever received at a Hyatt. She was patient, professional, and took the time to explain the hotel’s amenities and share helpful tips about the neighborhood.

I also had the pleasure of meeting Chef Hector Huo, whose breakfast buffet was exceptional each morning. The quality and variety of the food were so impressive that I ended up dining at the hotel for dinner as well. The pizza I had during dinner was exceptionally good—one of the best I’ve enjoyed at a hotel. This is also coming from a born and raised New Yorker. Must try!!!

Thanks to May and Chef Huo, my stay was both comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend Park Hyatt Guangzhou to anyone visiting the city, and I look forward to returning on future trips.
