At 1,000 guests, the Grand Ballroom & Foyer is the hotel's largest setting for a reception, an 840 sq m space split between a 650 sq m ballroom and a 190 sq m foyer. Chandeliers hang over a room finished in cherry wood, sapphire, gold, and sand, with three soundproof sections available for a more intimate gathering. Beyond the foyer, a large terrace opens onto the gardens and pool, carrying the celebration into the open air.
Room layouts are built around the couple's own plans rather than a fixed template, with tables typically arranged for 10 to 12 guests each.
Both the dance floor and any staging can be repositioned and resized to match the celebration's specific needs.
Celebrations indoors can run as late as 3 a.m., with each extra hour beyond that billed at €500. Outdoor events wind down earlier, with music lowered no later than 2 a.m.
Whether the couple wants every detail to follow tradition or reimagine it entirely, the wedding coordinator works alongside them to map out how the day unfolds.
An on-site technical team handles the audiovisual side of the celebration, from setting up a slideshow to programming custom lighting.
