Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki, has launched a photovoltaic park to reduce its environmental impact by harnessing alternative energy. Located on the hotel’s parking roofs, the park features 1,738 advanced solar panels with a total capacity of 1MW, representing a €1.4 million investment. This system is expected to meet 20% of the hotel’s annual electricity needs, supporting its year-round operations. The project was developed by Elpedison and reflects the hotel’s commitment to high standards in environmental management and social responsibility, enhancing its reputation as a premier destination in Thessaloniki.

- Our laundry equipment is both energy and water efficient.
- Our cleaning practices are eco-friendly, using only eco-certified cleaning products.

- HVAC will be scheduled to be turned on 60 minutes time prior to event start time. Larger spaces may require 90 minutes.
- Through our Conserve program, we change linens every third day unless requested otherwise, guests may choose to reuse towels by hanging them on the towel rack.

- Our Meetings are free of single-use plastic!
- We do not use plastic straws at our bar.

- In our restrooms we use water-soluble toilet paper.

- The linen for our baby cribs have been recycled from regular bed linen – washed, dyed and sewn by our own laundry attendants to avoid throwing the damaged linen away.
