Wonderful Place to stay when in Thessaloniki
We stayed here for our 6th year anniversary and loved it. The staff went out of their way to make our vacation special. The property is big and beautiful! Since we went in October it didn’t seem like there weren’t a lot of guests. So it felt like we had the whole property to ourselves. We didn’t get to enjoy the spa, gym or indoor people because we were spending our time in the city but it looked amazing! They have a free shuttle that takes you to the city center 3 times per day and brings you back. That was super nice and convenient. The rooms and bathrooms were very nice and clean. The rooms felt spacious. Overall we loved and enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent Stay!
Excellent location near the airport, easy access to the city center. The rooms are excellent, as are the amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful.

Great property and great service
Great place to stay! Rooms are big and there is high quality at the hotel. Indoor and outdoor pool are great. Nice terrace for the restaurant

Excelent stay!
We had a great 2 night stay at Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki! Service was great as expected from previous stays too. The hotel(rooms) show the age but that was ok, cleanliness was good , personel happy to assist. Food was great once again and SPA ladies (we had mani and pedi) was very efficient and experienced! Overall very happy. Thank you

Exceptional Stay at Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki
We had a truly wonderful experience at Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki. The staff were outstanding and handled every request with genuine warmth and professionalism—from reception and the spa to the restaurants. Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. The concierge was incredibly helpful, arranging transfers and providing excellent information about Thessaloniki. The guest relations team also went above and beyond, assisting us whenever needed and regularly checking in to ensure everything was perfect. The exceptional service made our stay especially memorable. A heartfelt thank-you to the entire team for their amazing work and hospitality. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

Cigarette smoke smelling room
we check in and they give us a cigarette smoke room while outside the room there was a plate non-smoking, we were, me, my wife and our baby 3ys old. they dont give enought attentikn to customers, specially with baby.
Highly recommend!
This property is outstanding. It is conveniently located near the airport and provides shuttle service to downtown areas. Rooms are impressively large and always tranquil. The pool area is very relaxing with great poolside service for food and drinks. The staff in all departments go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable and relaxing.

Amazing hotel
Luxurious experience in a city environment . Pool is great, service is wonderful, good food. It offers a Greek escape from Thessaloniki.

As someone who visits Greece regularly, Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki has become our home away from home. My name is Anestis Papadopoulos, and every stay here is simply exceptional. The rooms are beautiful, the facilities are immaculate, the breakfast is outstanding, and the entire staff provides genuine five-star hospitality. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and valued. During our latest stay, a small misunderstanding occurred, but it was handled with absolute professionalism by Vasileios Skaliotis, the Reception Manager. He listened carefully, resolved the situation quickly, and ensured everything exceeded our expectations. Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki is a 2 star hotel at best!!
This is NO way a 5 star hotel, very expensive for what it is. Yes the foyer looks great but past this it falls apart. Room - no light switch when entering, plug in sink doesn't work, air conditioning below parr, no complimentary snacks, infact, no snacks! room tidy - didn't do much, we did a better job of making the bed and only changing 1 towel when 2 people in the room??, Pool didn't open till 10.22, should have been 10am, broken grid in pool, glasses around from night before, seeds from trees not swept away. Bar snack took 33 mins to arrive, evening meal very expensive for what it was, breakfast - pasteurized orange juice, hot dogs passed off as chicken sausages. We stayed in 2, 4 star hotels on this trip that surpassed the Hyatt in every way. We were bitterly disappointed at what should have been an amazing experience at the end of our trip.

Turn a business trip like working from home
Great location very well preserved with positive vibes at any level of interaction within. All people well trained, smiling and always available to assist make your stay a positive experience especially when we travel for business. It remains my number one choice for Thessaloniki.

Food let it down
Lovely hotel, expected more from the food. Little pretentious but very pleasant inside. Room was clean and well maintained, but the room service took a little over 40 minutes to arrive, was only just warm and quite poor quality for the price. Nachos and guacamole were lovely, burger was cheap beef and barely warm with soggy bread and potatoes. Spaghetti was cold and again was made with cheap meat and sauce while the pizza margarita was terrible. Undercooked with too much cheap salty cheese.

A fabulous Greek Hotel
Always a warm and friendly welcome! This hotel is very well presented, with lovely, clean and spacious rooms. The food is excellent and fresh. Staff cannot do enough to help. The hotel is a really asset to the Thessaloniki airport area. A special thanks to Dimitris; every early morning departure I have, he is always there with a warm welcome and the invoice printed and ready to go. It’s the little things like this that make it an excellent hotel. It is guaranteed I will be back.

Return visit
Great hotel, great service , the staff is fantastic. The hotel has lovely grounds well kept , you think you are in a park,our room had every comfort one would expect in a 5 star hotel , hotel has a free shuttle service to and from airport, anything I requested was fulfilled. I have stayed at this hotel in past and am always saying to myself "why are other hotels not like this one!" We will be back for sure
