Pet Policy

We are glad to welcome you with your furry friends at Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki. All you need is to inform us at least three days prior to your arrival that you will be bringing your four-legged friends with you. For the comfort and safety of all guests and pets, we kindly request that all pet owners act responsibly with their pets.

There is an additional fee of €15 per day. As a friendly reminder, please note that we only allow pets less than 20 kilograms.

Housekeeping Policy

For room cleaning, please contact our housekeeping department in order to clean your room between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please contact our reservation department +30 231 040 1300 for more information.

Indoor Pool

Usage hours of the indoor pool for individuals under 18 years old with an adult companion (all days of the week):
