We had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency; we loved the location directly at the see and had a great ocean view; hearing the sound of the waves when going to bed and waking up gave that extra 'paradise feeling'! Both our children loved the resort and the swimming pool. We also stayed at the Andaz in Maui but preferred our stay at the Hyatt! We left Maui just before the disaster happened and our hearts are with all the people of Maui!

We loved our time at the Hyatt Regency Maui! Fabulous property with gorgeous views! The pool with the ocean backdrop was beautiful and so serene. We hope the devastating wildfires did not impact Ka'anapali too much. Praying for Maui.

We stayed in the palace suite and upon arrival got directed to the wrong tower - that as the only issue we had the rest of our stay was beautiful. The resort was great for my Grandchildren and the staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again and I recommended it to our friends for their own family vacation.

My family and I loved our time here. We have been home 1 day and are ready to go back. The hotel was perfect, lots to see and do. Everything was clean, the grounds and pool were immaculate. Breakfast was wonderful with a great variety and menu changing every day. The on site restaurants and stores were well stocked and fun. The pool and slide were great. We loved the birds, penguins and fish. Having the on-site luau, Drums of the Pacific, was super fun. I definitely recommend that. It was a great show, and great food. The hotel coffee was good, but I also enjoyed getting an iced Hawaiian Latte from the on site Honolulu Coffee Company store. yum! The ocean was beautiful and the Beachwalk was so fun. It was nice being able to walk down to Whaler's Village and back, or you can also catch the free trolley. Being able to check out beach chairs and umbrellas was really nice. The service for the beach towels was also awesome. The hotel room keys are attached to bracelets so that made it easy for my kids, and myself. Didn't have to worry about remembering to grab a key. There were so many good things. The on site restaurant, Japengo, is a must. definitely get reservations for there at least one night.

Our family (myself, spuse and our 3 years old) had a great week vacation at Hyatt Regency, service and food were great. Lots of activities, rooms were clean and staff was so helpful. Thanks to all people working there.

The resort is well maintained with beautiful landscape and a great beach that you can snorkel right from. The locations is great near a lot of restaurants and other bays to snorkel at different spots. We had a great time and would happily return. Lounge access was worth it for breakfast and snacks!

I traveled with a large group and an infant and they were very accommodating to everyone’s schedule. They let us use a room because our flight was so late which was amazing while still letting us use the resort!!

The property was amazing and overall the employees were friendly and helpful. However, the prices are overpriced for the housekeeping of the rooms which is very sloppy. Our room was somewhat cleaned when it came to the major things like making your bed, but when it came to the details like vacuuming, changing sheets, putting things back in their place, cleaning the countertops and bathroom sinks, and taking out trash and recycle they weren’t done properly. I informed the manager of this and he was very kind and understanding but unfortunately the damage was done as we were leaving the next day. I hope by writing this review, this resort will do better and clean their rooms for families that stay for a long trip.

Stayed at the hotel for our family vacation. This is the fourth time at this hotel. We were told in advance that the grotto was under construction but it was still kind of a bummer. All of the staff at the hotel was super friendly and nice.

You can't get better than the Hyatt Maui! The staff and the property were simply outstanding! The pool, the beach, the check-in process, the restaurants, were fantastic. We haven't experienced this good of service in years!
