Location is super convenient and only one hour from the airport by bus. Also the room itself is very quiet, I slept very well.

Professional and competent. A quality stay.
An excellent hotel with a great location for exploring TST. The rooms were spacious and clean. There were no issues with noise or disturbance. The breakfast was fantastic and the servers were excellent, friendly and remembered my name and face which always helps. Room service was excellent and the atmosphere in the hotel was a nice relaxed vibe with good food, the variety of Whiskey/Whisky in the Chin Chin bar is exceptional, the live music is a pleasant way to spend an evening.

Exceptional Service and Unbeatable Convenience
Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui was fantastic, and what truly sets this property apart is the exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond. The front desk team was highly efficient and professional, seamlessly handling our check-in, luggage, and transportation requests with a warm attitude. Housekeeping kept our room immaculate throughout the stay. We were especially impressed by the restaurant and dining staff, who were highly attentive and incredibly accommodating of specific dietary needs at the breakfast buffet. It felt like the team anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Beyond the five-star hospitality, the hotel’s location is perfect. Having direct, underground access to the K11 Art Mall and the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station made exploring Hong Kong effortless, especially avoiding the elements. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and well-appointed. If you are looking for a hotel in Kowloon where the staff consistently reflects the highest hospitality standards, I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui. We look forward to returning!

My favorite hotel in Hong kong
Excellent location with convenience of great access of transportation and food. This hotel has consistently won my 9/10 reviews on almost every category. Great staff, spacious room and excellent lounge.

Another Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Hospitality
We had another wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The hospitality was warm, attentive, and personal throughout our stay, making us feel more like returning friends than hotel guests. The hotel also offers excellent amenities, including the Regency Club, comfortable rooms, great dining options, and a very convenient location with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the MTR. Everything was well maintained, and the service consistently reflected the high standards we have come to appreciate from Hyatt. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and truly appreciate the wonderful hospitality of the entire Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui team. It is always a pleasure to return, and we look forward to our next visit!

Hyatt Tsim Sha Tsui
Every single staff member we encountered at the hotel were professional, friendly and helpful. Check-in immediately made us feel welcome and were very helpful with any questions throughout our stay. Housekeeping were fantastic and our room was always cleaned beautifully. We used the laundry service multiple times and they did a great job. I am coeliac and the staff at the buffet breakfast were extremely helpful and accommodating. The Hyatt is so conveniently located, with easy access to the MTR and a fantastic base to explore Hong Kong. Our stay at the Hyatt definitely contributed to how much we loved Hong Kong and we can’t wait to go back!

Perfect area
It's in a perfect area if you like shopping and night life. There are also lots of restaurants in the surroundings. The hotel is a little old

Great location!
The hotel is in great location, connecting to malls and MRT. They are plenty of nice restaurants around the area. The staff were very helpful and knowledgable. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

Unparalleled Service and Perfect Care for Severe Food Allergies!
Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui completely exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Traveling with a child who has extensive food allergies is usually a highly stressful experience, but the team here provided our family with absolute peace of mind.From day one, the staff demonstrated incredible consistency. The team across the entire hotel quickly recognized our room number and proactively took care of my daughter's dietary needs, whether we were enjoying breakfast at the Cafe or grabbing a late evening snack at the Regency Club lounge.We want to give a special mention to the incredible staff members who made our stay unforgettable: The Guest Experience Manager: She was outstanding. Her meticulous attention to detail, proactive communication, and seamless coordination with the dining teams took all the anxiety out of our meals. The chef on duty at the Cafe took incredible personal care to ensure breakfast was entirely safe. The Pastry Chef: They went completely out of their way to create delicious, safe, allergy-friendly treats so that my daughter never felt left out. Coupled with thoughtful touches, like the team proactively offering us umbrellas during rainy outings, the service here was truly exceptional, warm, and attentive. We couldn't have asked for a better family experience and highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Hong Kong!

Great location and clean room. Ideal for commuters who rely on MTR for local travel. Rightly placed at the centre of shopping place. Food is not a problem.

Based on my experience staying at this hotel for many years, several times a year, and becoming a regular customer, this hotel is no longer good. Both the cleanliness of the housekeeping and the rude, loud, and disrespectful check-in staff are appalling.

Everything is good and fair price.
Great location, close to everything. Clean rooms, an excellent breakfast with plenty of options, very good service, and a fair price. The only thing I would improve is the gym equipment, which could be more modern and better equipped.

Excellent Service
The hotel staff were exceptional, and I am very pleased with the service and the room. I arrived quite early; there was no room available for early check-in (which is understandable). The staff were very attentive. I travelled with my mother, and she enjoyed the service as well.

Great stay at Hyatt TST
Great stay at the Hyatt TST. We were given a room upgrade by the kind staff as we were travelling with a kid and we’re worried about the tightness of the rooms in HK to fit us all in. Location is spot on and we were in places within a short time. Despite some hiccups with the bathroom shower which doesn’t sit still when bathing and room cleanliness & soundproofing which can be further improved, the staff service attitude made up for our stay. Also thanks to the B3 concierge staff who efficiently arranged transport to airport on our last day. I will still choose to stay here the next time I visit HK. Thank you!
