Originally opened in 1969 and reincarnated at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hugo’s is an authentic European restaurant where classic meets timeless, offering traditional western cuisine prepared only with the finest ingredients available.
INSPIRING HISTORY
Named after a fictional character Herr Hugo Ludwig Wilhelm von Gluckenstein, a Bavarian Host who served only the best food and wine, now Hugo stands still in his armor suit at the entrance to welcome all honorable guests.
Decorated with ornate mirrors, chandeliers, guns and shield plaques, the restaurant has an array of traditional serving apparatus, including Christofle hors d’oeuvres and dessert trolleys, all from the 1960s, presenting a unique and classic European atmosphere.

SIGNATURE OFFERINGS
Gueridon service is the métier of the restaurant. Locally sourced ingredients and sustainable produce are prioritized to support local farmers and promote environmental responsibility.
Be inspired by Hugo’s crafts of table-side preparation such as lobster bisque, Caesar salad, steak tartare, steak au poivre, Dover sole meuniere, lobster thermidor, crêpes suzette and café diablo.
Hugo's also has extensive imported items including roasted US rib of beef, roasted lamb rack, as well as a wide variety of world class steaks including US prime angus, all from the show kitchen's open grill.

PRIVATE DINING ROOM
With chandeliers, ornate mirrors, guns, table, floor, carpet and vases inherited from the old Hugo's from the 1960s, Hugo's private dining room can accommodate private gatherings. Make a toast, say cheers and enjoy timeless moments with family and friends amid intimate seating.

Hugo’s newly appointed Executive Sous Chef Lewis Scarfe presents new creations on the à la carte menu that pay homage to the classics while elevating them with refined execution and modern flair.
Highlights include the classic Tournedos Rossini, sustainable Baked Atlantic cod, Roasted Rhug Estate Welsh lamb rack and Roasted cornfed French chicken breast, blending tradition with thoughtful refinement.
CANARD À LA PRESSE
Savour one of France’s most legendary gastronomic traditions - Canard à la Presse at Hugo’s. The preparation is completed tableside using a solid brass duck press imported directly from France, a rare piece of craftsmanship that allows the dish to be presented in the most traditional style.

TUESDAY NIGHT: UNLIMITED STEAK & FRITES
Elevate your Tuesday evening with unlimited steak and frites, featuring Hugo’s signature Caesar salad, an unlimited servings of premium cuts of beef paired with gourmet French fries from the illustrious “Frites Atelier”, meticulously crafted by Michelin-starred chef Sergio Herman. Cap off the night with a decadent homemade Crème brûlée, delicately infused with vanilla beans.
Priced at HK$888 per person with free flow sommelier selected wines. For an additional HK$300 per person, guests can enjoy unlimited Moët & Chandon champagne.
