The bar’s bespoke whisky cocktail creations include Churchill, a mixture of Earl Grey infused whisky with bitters; as well as Mulan, a strong bourbon whisky with a touch of sweet strawberry. Patrons may also delight in Smoky Ume, a one-of-a-kind cocktail complemented by a dried salted plum.
Other classic selections include Manhattan, Old Fashioned and Whisky Sour.
