Relax in the Onsen before your treatment to enhance its effectiveness. Arrive 30-40 minutes early if using the Onsen, or 10 minutes early if not.

We offer the following amenities: Shower Cap, Toothbrush, Comb, Cotton Set, Hair Tie, Makeup Remover, Facial Cleanser, Toner, Emulsion, IZUMI Original Shampoo and Conditioner, Body Soap. 

After your treatment, indulge in the blissful afterglow while sipping tea in our relaxation room, allowing your senses to be fully satisfied.

As a courtesy to all our valued guests, please note that late arrivals may not be accommodated and will still incur the full charge, or the treatment may be shortened or canceled. Treatments that start late will conclude at the scheduled time to ensure we do not inconvenience other guests. 

We are unable to provide services to individuals who are pregnant or in poor health. 

Please notify us in advance if you are currently menstruating, have high blood pressure, experience allergies, frequently visit a hospital for treatment, are taking any medications or have consumed alcohol. Keep in mind that your physical condition or circumstances may affect your eligibility for treatment.

At Spa IZUMI, we strive to create a serene space that allows you to escape the pressures of everyday life. To enhance your experience, we kindly ask that you refrain from using any electronic devices, including smartphones and tablets, during your visit.

All prices are inclusive of tax and subject to a service charge. Non-staying visitors will be charged a facility fee (JPY 3,300 consumption tax inclusive) and onsen tax (JPY 50).

We kindly ask that you inform us of any changes or cancellations at least five hours prior to your appointment. Please note that a full treatment fee will apply for cancellations made within five hours of your scheduled time.
