Check-In
Embark on a seamless journey with your furry friend at Hyatt Regency Hakone Resort and Spa. Our Dog-Exclusive Floor, accessible through a dedicated route from the parking area, ensures convenient and stress-free access. Upon request, pamper your dog with grooming services by our dedicated staff. Simply leave your canine companion in our care during check-in, and after services such as brushing, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and gland expression, we'll bring them back to your room.
Dog-Friendly Room Details
The floor housing five Deluxe Twin & Dog-Friendly Rooms and one Premium Twin & Dog-Friendly Room is specifically designated as the Dog-Exclusive Floor. Each room is equipped with bright balconies that overlook the serene courtyard. Additionally, dedicated crate space is provided, ensuring a comfortable and spacious environment for you and your beloved dog to unwind and enjoy quality time together.

With non-slip, secure flooring and vinyl leather sofas, as well as spacious crate space, you and your beloved dog can enjoy quality time without concerns about scratches or dirt.

We offer a high-quality and well-balanced room service menu for your canine companion, designed by nutritionists. Our menu features classic deli items such as Chikichiki (chicken) and Venison Pot-au-Feu, as well as seasonal creations and wholesome natural jerky. Share a special meal together, in the relaxed ambiance of your room.
