Perhaps the reason why the profession of pastry chef exists is a passion for sweets. Imagine a group of people having a lively conversation with family and making them happy with delicious sweets. A pastry chef’s job is to make sweets that will resonate with customers for the rest of their lives.
Career History
2000:
Studied under Mr. Noro Nishino of the famous French confectionery shop "Maison de Petit Four" in Tokyo for 7 years.
2008:
Moved to France and worked mainly in Paris for 5 years.

April 2009 to December 2013 Chamarre Montmartre,
Le Moulin de la Galette, Clocher,
Worked on restaurant desserts, boutique cakes, etc. at three restaurants owned by the same owner in the Montmartre area.
2014:
Hyatt Regency Hakone Resort & Spa's Pastry Chef — Headed the pastry department in the hotel and is in charge of all sweets such as desserts and cakes offered at the restaurant. In addition, he has devised a “seasonal afternoon tea” with sweets that incorporate plenty of seasonal fruits and hand-made scones. Born in Chiba Prefecture.
