The Farmhouse dinner buffet features our carefully sourced selections - Eco Farm organic salad bar, chilled seafood, sushi & sashimi, cold cut & cheese selections, grilled high welfare meats, western comfort foods, Cantonese BBQ selections, noodle & soup stations, Chinese specialties, Indian selections, and some sweet delights – ice-cream bar with a wide range of flavours and pastry specialties. The Farmhouse also showcases various premium products from regular offerings to chef selections. Weekdays – chilled Canadian snow crab legs, lobster thermidor, grilled oysters, roasted Black Angus steak, and roasted pork porchetta. Weekends – in addition to the weekday offerings, made-to-order truffle mushroom sauce pasta will also be available, grilled oysters and lobster thermidor will be replaced by grilled tiger prawns, grilled scallops, and chilled Boston lobster.
