The Farmhouse dinner buffet features our carefully sourced selections - Eco Farm organic salad bar, chilled seafood, sushi & sashimi, cold cut & cheese selections, grilled high welfare meats, western comfort foods, Cantonese BBQ selections, noodle & soup stations, Chinese specialties, Indian selections, made to order truffle mushroom sauce pasta, and some sweet delights – ice-cream bar with a wide range of flavours and pastry specialties. The Farmhouse showcases some premium products from regular offerings to chef selections, such as chilled lobster, roasted black Angus steak, roasted shish tawook – lamb and chicken. Chilled Canadian snow crab legs, grilled tiger prawns and grilled scallops will also be available every weekend.
