The safety and wellbeing of our guests is always our top priority. In response to COVID-19, we have introduced the following enhanced measures for your safety and peace of mind.

  • Sanitization of high-touch areas including our tables, chairs and menus before guests are seated
  • New table layout to ensure social distancing guidelines are followed

  • Associates are guided to wash and sanitize their hands on a frequent basis
  • Cooking tables, cutting boards and knives are sanitized every hour
  • Alcohol wipes available for guest use
  • Hand sanitizer stations at each outlet entrance
  • Laminated menus and digital menus using a QR code
  • Buffets are temporarily suspended

  • Sanitization of all fitness equipment after every guest use
  • Treatment rooms and equipment will be sanitized using hospital grade disinfectant with the assistance of UV light after every guest use
  • Sanitization of high-touch areas using a hospital-grade disinfectant
  • Hand sanitizer is available at the reception desk, fitness center, locker rooms and treatment rooms
  • Alcohol wipes will be available for guests to self-clean the fitness equipment
  • Maximum capacity of the fitness center has been reduced to allow for social distancing
  • Masks will be worn for all Spa and Fitness center associates, including our therapists
  • Deep cleaning of all facilities will be completed on a daily basis
  • Increased frequency of cleaning the air filters
  • Rental items normally available at the spa, including gym clothing and shoes, has currently been suspended
