Classic ragu alla Bolognese slow-cooked traditional way, with freshly handmade tagliatelle and grana Padano cheese. A dish full of flavor and straight from Bologna with love.

Pizza La Bufalina D.O.C.
Our signature pizza is “la bufalina”, a classic margherita for which the chef imports DOC buffalo mozzarella from Campania. The natural salinity of the buffalo milk is the perfect contrast to the sweetness of the tomato sauce.

Marco Fregnan, Chef de Cuisine
Meet Chef Marco Fregnan, the new chef de cuisine at trattoria sette. Born and raised in Treviso, a historic city 30 km (18.6 miles) north of Venice, Chef Marco has been passionate about food and cooking since childhood. After mastering traditional Italian recipes and techniques, he explored the world, absorbing the traditions and culture of Italian cuisine while honing his skills at renowned restaurants. Chef Marco now brings a new level of creativity and authenticity to his dishes. Enjoy the rich flavors of Italy crafted by the warm and friendly Chef Marco and his innovative creations!
