The safety and well-being of our guests and colleagues is always our top priority. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the extended state of emergency by the government, Hyatt Regency Kyoto has temporarily suspended normal operation from May 17, 2021 to June 3, 2021. THE GRILL

The Grill has been temporarily closed from May 17 to June 3, 2021.
We will reopen only for breakfast starting from June 4, 2021.

Regarding Precautionary Measures
At The Grill, we are taking the following precautionary measures for your safety and peace of mind. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  • We kindly request that all guests disinfect their hands, wear a mask and gloves before enjoying our buffet.
  • For your safety we have installed sneeze guards at the buffet table.
  • Tongs are replaced every 30 minutes.
  • To secure a social distance between guests, the buffet line will move in one direction only.

Touzan
Touzan has been temporarily closed from May 17, 2021 until further notice.

Touzan is committed to the use of local, seasonal produce and ingredients from the suburbs of Kyoto, with our chefs putting their passion into the preparation of Japanese cuisine such as simple bowls and broiled dishes, sashimi, sushi, and noodles. We also offer specially prepared coursed meals for any occasion.

Touzan Bar is innovatively decorated with antique decorations, old wooden beams and antique books. The cozy bar offers a variety of high-quality Japanese whiskies and various cocktails, as well as local Kyoto beers and more than 30 different kinds of premium sakes including local Kyoto brands.

The Muses at Kyoto National Museum
The Muses has been temporarily closed from May 18 to June 4, 2021.

The Muses, located within the newly opened Heisei Chishinkan of the Kyoto National Museum, is a café restaurant operated by Hyatt Regency Kyoto. The restaurant offers both light meals and course meals exclusively prepared by the hotel's chefs.
