Reminiscent of a 1920 Chinese tea house, The Chinese Restaurant offers delicious dim sum and authentic Cantonese delights, including many must-try dishes for guests in town for the first time.

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is always a top priority for us. In light of the recent COVID-19 developments, please see below the precautionary measures at our restaurants and bars:

  • Our associates will be tested for COVID-19 daily and are fully vaccinated.
  • All patrons are required to use the “Leave Home Safe” mobile application before entering the outlets. Under the Government's "Vaccine Pass" arrangement, guests are required to actively present to the person-in-charge of the premises their vaccination record or Exemption Certificate and the relevant QR code. Only guests with valid blue codes are allowed to enter the premises. Guests whose vaccination record or exemption certificate does not contain a QR code and persons under the age of 12 and not accompanied by an adult are required to provide the relevant personal particulars by completing a specified form for retention. More than 8 guests dining together with a common purpose: guests are required to present photos of negative RAT result taken within 24 hours OR messages of negative PCR-based nucleic acid test taken within 48 hours.
  • Each table are separated by at least 1.5 meters.
  • Guests are required to wear masks when entering the outlets, and our associates always wear masks.

The restaurant combines modern art deco design with floor-to-ceiling windows allowing daylight to flood the contemporary Chinese tea house interior, decorated in chartreuse and burnt orange.

Guests may opt to dine in one of the two private rooms, seating eight and twelve respectively, with the former housing a private bar.

Showcasing the talented culinary team’s craftsmanship, the signature dishes created for sophisticated palates includes Barbecued pork, Double-boiled crab meat soup with bamboo pith in young papaya, Crispy smoked chicken, Fried lobster in clay pot with ginger and vermicelli, South African abalone in a stone bowl with layered bean curd and Wok-fried shrimp with chili, fried garlic and bread crumbs.  

Chef Wong’s Authentic Specialties are also introduced to Á La Carte menu, including dishes like Steamed live lobster, duck egg yolk, green bean noodle, aged Chinese hua diao wine and Braised Kanto sea cucumber, stuffed with shrimp roe bean curd sheet roll, traditional yellow broth, and more.

For sweets, the delicate Baked egg custard tart with glutinous dumpling, Steamed glutinous dumplings with red bean paste and Sweetened almond cream with egg white are some of the must-try desserts to round off the meal.
