Perspectives Level
With incredible views of downtown Vancouver, the North Shore mountains and the Pacific Ocean, this top floor banquet space is host to the city’s most impressive events. The Perspectives Level features 6,300 square feet ideal for a sit-down dinner for 270 or a reception for 600. For smaller gatherings, there are five adjacent salons to accommodate set-ups ranging from 24 to 190 guests.
Regency Ballroom
With its 13,940 square feet of space, the Regency Ballroom is one of the largest hotel venues in Vancouver. Spacious enough to accommodate up to 1,600 guests, this ballroom is the ideal location for any event. The adjacent Regency Foyer is perfect for a cocktail hour.
Plaza Ballroom
This sophisticated ballroom features 4,465 square feet of space and is the ideal location for mid-sized events. Use the entire space for celebrations or host classic receptions of up to 500 guests. This ballroom also separates into three salons to accommodate a variety of arrangements.

Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table. Dance floor and risers are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
