We booked a couple extra nights stay in Vancouver after a cruise. This hotel was first chosen for it's proximity to the cruise dock (about an 6 min walk dragging luggage). It's expensive, on par with the other downtown hotels, but it was very nice and centrally located to most of the popular Vancouver attractions, so we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Our King room was spacious with a large corner balcony. We arrived early in the morning, and they held our luggage and offered us access to a nice lounge room to wait in until our room was ready, with coffee and tea and a few small snacks. We used that space to sit down and plan our day, with the info we received from Eddie the very helpful concierge. He helped us get on a waitlist for whale-watching and set us up with a discount coupon to rent some bikes to tour Stanley Park. The Hyatt Regency staff took us from tired post-cruisers to happy Vancouver visitors in short time.

Excelent hotel, the staff was always friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. The room is big, comfortable, clean and with a nice view of the city

This hotel has a great location and great service. You are walking distance to Canada Place, the ferry to Vancouver island, free shuttle to Capilano, bus for Whistler and Granville Market. Excellent elevator technology so no long waits. Overall a great hotel in a great location.

An awsome hotel in midtown vancouver. Location,service, spacious and comfort room, breakfast- all was just perfect. The staff were very warm and welcoming from entering throughout the whole stay

The Hyatt Regency Vancouver is an excellent hotel in every way. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast at the restaurant was exceptional.

Still a very pleasant place to stay at. The bed was comfortable, the washroom was well lighted and the room service was impeccable

Stay was fantastic. The hotel is lovely. My kiddo especially loved the “nature hike” challenge—all.the.way to the 18th floor! 😊 Location's was great for us to the cruise port, shopping, etc. A little pricey but definitely worth the extra bit.
