The Hyatt never disappoints, great location, clean and comfortable, the staff has always been accomodating and friendly.
Great Hotel!!
Awesome stay! Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. Friendly staff. Super clean and modern hotel. Numerous restaurant options within the hotel. The location is central to some of the best attractions in downtown Vancouver.
Almost better than home!
The comfort and tidiness of our room was perfect ! Starbucks and car rental located in the hotel made it even better! And the location was just perfect - close to train station and downtown!
Great central location & decent rooms
Great central location, decent sized rooms, we had a connecting one which was great. Facilities were lovely & great housekeeping too. The beds were so comfortable
Excellent stay in Hyatt Regency.
Location is great, quite near the Canada place and gastown, also walkable to Stanley Park. Quite near the Burrad Street Station, convenient to travel around.
Excellent Hyatt Regency Vancouver
The room is very spacious and comfortable with the wonderful view of the city Vancouver. Excellent location at the center of downtown Vancouver. Easy to walk to the shops and restaurants.

Great stay in downtown Vancouver BC
Amazing location in Vancouver BC with proximity to Robson Street and waterfront and all that downtown BC has to offer. Rooms are excellently predictably comfortable+ clean and on the 15th floor, I had a great pano view of town. Highly recommend for those looking for a stay in Vancouver BC!

Overall nice hotel, but small rooms and beds.
Nice hotel, however, the rooms have double beds, not queens, so it's a wee bit tight if you are travelling as a family of four.

Excellent location, decent price, clean and comfortable room. Everything is in good shape around the hotel, and nthe staff are very friendly and professional.

Wonderful stay, clean hotel and close to cruise port
Location was perfect to go around the city and explore . Close to train station, very centrally located and close to cruise port.2 restaurants on site and Starbucks . The food was amazing in both restaurants and Starbucks did not disappoint. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms . I would recommend 100 percent . The only thing no shuttle to cruise port but the uber was very cheap because how close it is. I give it 5 stars

Convenient, smart hotel in heart of downtown.
Room comfortable, bright and spotlessly clean, and most importantly for me, quiet. Restaurant bright and airy and enjoyed the Canadian breakfast, fairly priced. Staff friendly and helpful. Location perfect for accessing downtown shops and restaurants and next to Skytrain with easy connections out of city and to airport. Also very convenient for bus tours which depart from there. Had a minor issue with tv connections but response was quick and issue, whilst not resolved immediately was followed up quickly and resolved soon afterwards. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again

Good overall but
Overall it’s a good hotel in an excellent location. The lounge breakfast and happy hour is weak for Hyatt standards. No sort of pancake, waffle, or French toast during breakfast. And the lounge snacks is the most bare bones I’ve seen
Wonderful hotel and staff
Exceptional hotel. We were treated like royalty in a hotel that was so clean you could eat off the floor. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. They even gave us examples of places to visit and how to get there. Easily one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in.

Convenient, comfortable and consistently great staff
Amazing location, great amenities and the best night’s sleep in a loooooooong time thanks to the great beds and pillows.
Nowhere near the Hyatt standard
Abysmal hotel for the $750+ per night. The only good thing about this hotel was the size of the room. Otherwise it could have been an office from the early 2000s. Poor amenities, terrible bed, bedside tables resembling filing cabinets, threadbare towels and paper cups (!). If you wanted to watch a movie they wanted $24.99 plus tax. Poor quality and expensive room service. The list goes on...Would not recommend at all, we are sorry we stayed.

Loving Vancouver
The hotel is in a great location. Walkable to many places like Gastown and the river walk. Many great dining options are withing easy walking distance. The gym and pool are very nice and well equipped. Our room was spacious and clean. The TV was larger than we typically get in hotel rooms. Nice! Unfortunately, there was a conference in the hotel conference rooms which made the lobby and second floor very noisy. But it was only for one day.

Lacking basic services.
Hotel services are over prices and lacking basic facilities! No way to purchase basic items within the hotel if needed, unacceptable.

Hyatt Vancouver
Great location - right near train station and 10min walk from Canada Place. Great staff and lovely large room. Staff were super helpful and wonderful to deal with.
