It was a great stay at Hyatt! The staff were awesome, and the place was clean. The food was great, gym and the recreational area was well kept. No complaints at all whenever I stay at Hyatt!! Wish you all good luck!!

Lovely time in Vancouver. Sleep was comfortable and the location is ideal even for walking. Everything I needed was close by. There's a Starbucks, Tim Horton's and McDonalds around for those who need an early or late snack. The staff was hospitable and the holiday decor was festive. It's a pleasure to recommend.

Location is very convienient. It is about a 30 min walk to Stanley park and 5 min walk to major shopping centers. There is a skytrain station right beside the hotel, however it is only the canada line. You can walk to the city center station if you need to take other lines. Guest services and housekeeping are exceptional as well. Overall it is a good place to stay in Van.

Outstanding place, very centric, and very helpful staff... The location is great for walking-distance to different attractions and events... Additionally, the buses for the near-by attractions like Capilano or Whistler leaves from the side of the hotel... Quite lovely experience

Overall this hotel is exceptional.The staff is professional and courteous and goes out of their way to impress and provide amazing service. The rooms are of good quality and very clean and the location is great. The only negatives were a billing error (that was corrected once we contacted the hotel) and a tip to anyone staying here that there are no vending machines or any other outlet in the hotel in which to purchase soda, bottled water (save for the $6 + bottles in the room if you are not a Hyatt Elite Member), snacks, etc.

Hotel in general really nice. Unfortunately the people above us got up at five am and the sound barrier between floors felt non existent. Windows likewise not sound deadening and due to location sleep was interrupted by sirens several times at night

Great hotel in a perfect location. Would recommend and stay again. Rooms were very clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Great view from the 19th floor. Only disappointment was no gift shop on the premises.

I stay at the Hyatt for four days for business trip. The hotel staff was extremely unresponsive. I received the room different than what I ordered and nobody really cared. The room was not in the best condition and somethings were like falling off the walls. They are much better hotels closer to the ocean Which are similar priced and you should probably go there. Also, the Internet was not really working well which for business trip is important.

Great hotel. Clean and quiet. Staff were pleasant and helpful. It’s in a great location within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. I have been staying here for a few days a year, never disappoints.

I stayed here from Nov 19th to Nov 23rd - while the look of the hotel is nice, it is only surface level. Upon arrival from my flight, I checked in and immediately had a shower only to find bright blue toothpaste smeared all over the shower curtain from the previous occupant. Then, I hopped into bed and rolled right into a lumpy and LARGE indent in the bed. I tried sleeping on the other side of the bed but you inevitably rolled into the indent. The TV system was such a clunky experience, you could look at a rolling guide, but could not actually select a channel from the guide. You had to remember the channel number and access it otherwise. Also, the walls are paper thin. I could hear the room next to me showering, blowing their nose and using the bathroom.
