The Regency Ballroom is one of the largest hotel conference venues in Vancouver, able to accommodate 130 exhibit booths and up to 1,600 guests. The adjacent Regency Foyer is perfect for pre-event registration and breakfast buffets.

With stunning views of Vancouver, the North Shore mountains and the Pacific Ocean, our top floor banquet space is ideal for a dinner of 270 or a reception of 600. For smaller events, we have five adjacent rooms for 24 to 190 guests.

This ballroom is ideal for mid-sized meetings and events. Host 250 guests in a classroom layout or 500 for a reception — or separate it into three spaces to accommodate displays, U-shape, hollow square and more venue arrangements.

These rooms can accommodate up to 200 guests for everything from brainstorming sessions to interviews to buffet stations with seating. Several of these spaces feature balconies and beautiful views of Vancouver, British Columbia.

This collection of smaller meeting rooms is ideal for private events, away from the main meeting and convention floors of the hotel. These range from 560-1,380 square feet and can seat 20, depending on the seating arrangement.
