The rooms range in space from 560-1,380 square feet and can accommodate a boardroom set-up for up to 20, a classroom set-up for 16 or private dinner for 20.
With incredible views of downtown Vancouver, the North Shore mountains and the Pacific Ocean, this top floor banquet space is host to the city’s most impressive events. The Perspectives Level features 6,300 square feet ideal for a sit-down dinner for 270 or a reception for 600. For smaller gatherings, there are five adjacent salons to accommodate set-ups ranging from 24 to 190 guests.

With its 13,940 square feet of space, the Regency Ballroom is one of the largest hotel conference venues in Vancouver. Spacious enough to accommodate 130 full-sized exhibit booths and up to 1,600 guests, this ballroom is the ideal location for any event. The adjacent Regency Foyer is perfect for pre-conference registration tables and continental breakfast buffets.
This sophisticated ballroom features 4,465 square feet of space and is the ideal location for mid-sized meetings and events. Use the entire space for a classroom layout for 250 or host a classic reception for 500 guests. This ballroom also separates into three salons to accommodate a variety of arrangements, including display booths, U-shape, and hollow square.
