Resort Fee Policy

A daily resort fee of $40.00 (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience. Please contact the hotel directly for more information.

Pet Policy

When staying at our resort in Albuquerque, all dogs must be on a leash or in a carrying case when traveling to and from the guest room.

Dogs are not allowed in public areas such as restaurants, swimming pools, living room or high traffic areas where children are present.

Room assignments will be based upon availability, with the intent to place them on the ground floor level for ease of access to the outdoors.

Guests will receive a welcome amenity for their dog which includes:

· Welcome letter with designated walking areas and local dog facilities’ contact numbers

· Tamaya souvenir

· Housekeeping door sign

· Hygiene supplies

Cats are not allowed at the hotel.

Fees:

Up to 6 nights: $200 / 1 STAY
7 to 30 nights : $350 / 1 STAY

Weight Limits:

We allow dogs up to 50 pounds at the resort.
Combined pets weight limit: 75 Pounds
Maximum number of pets is 2.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in any room, patio or balcony of our Albuquerque resort. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas.

Spa Policies

Use of Spa Facilities
Guests ages 18 and older who book services over $50 are invited to utilize our fitness center, outdoor meditation patio and locker rooms with showers, sauna, eucalyptus steam room and a jetted tub. Facilities are available during posted hours of operation on day of service. Guests also receive a locker, robe, sandals and complimentary same-day access to Yoga on Demand during their visit.

Spa Arrival
We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, allowing ample time for a tour of our facilities and changing. Arriving late will shorten the duration of your service, potentially reducing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. All treatments will be charged in full and conclude on schedule so that the next guest is not delayed.

Spa Service Charge
An automatic 20% service charge will be added to all spa treatments on our menu. This acts as service gratuity for our treatment providers and support staff. Additional gratuities for your service provider(s) are at your discretion. Discounted services will incur a service charge based on full price of service.

Spa Cancellations
Changes and cancellations are accepted 24 hours prior to your appointment without penalty of payment in full. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged for the full value of services booked.

Payment
A valid credit card is required at time of booking to guarantee all scheduled appointments. Registered resort guests may charge services to their room. Payment is due upon completion of services.

Spa Medical
Kindly inform us of any special or medical needs that require additional attention. If you are pregnant or have specific medical conditions, some treatments are not recommended. You are responsible for disclosing all requested medical information to your service provider in the required service intake form.

Spa Attire and Valuables
Locker, robe, slippers and towels are provided. Please leave jewelry, money, electronics and other valuables securely in your in-room safe. The spa will not assume any liability for personal belongings.
