Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa

Dining

Experience New Mexican cuisine at our resort's onsite Santa Ana Pueblo restaurants and cafes. Blending three cultures: Native American, Hispanic and Anglo, Tamaya’s chefs have created innovative dishes incorporating traditional ingredients with nouvelle cuisine. This region's staples are red and green chile, enchiladas, tamales, chorizo, posole, tortillas and pine nuts. You'll find these tasty ingredients throughout the menus of each of our restaurants in Santa Ana Pueblo. The hours of operation and menus at our dining outlets change regularly. Please get in touch with our hotel team in advance and let us help you confirm your dining plans before arrival.
