Hot Air Balloon Rides in Albuquerque
This unforgettable adventure with Rainbow Ryders is a spectacular way to view the resort, Sandia Mountains and Rio Grande valley. As the balloon is inflated, you can join the pilot as a hands-on crew member before hopping in and soaring through the turquoise skies. Site varies based on weather.

Horseback Riding at The Stables at Tamaya
Explore the wonder of horses and take in breathtaking views of the Albuquerque desert at the Stables at Tamaya. Group trail horseback rides are $90/person and depart twice a day, depending on weather. Private trail rides and horseback riding lessons customized to your riding experience are also available. Arrive early and learn about the special rescue horses from Tamaya Horse Rehab or join us at the weekly Thursday night rodeo all summer.

Kuaua/Coronado Historic Site Tours
Go on a 1.5-hour eco-tour of the Kuaua Historic site and Pueblo ruins, including a native drum journey meditation. Tours depart from Tamaya lobby Monday through Wednesday at 10 a.m. and noon. Transportation provided to the site, which is five miles east of the hotel; $45/person, max group size is four people.
