The best 5-star resort we have ever stayed at!
The Hyatt Regency Phuket is, without a doubt, the best five-star resort we have ever stayed at. The facilities were incredible, and the breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever experienced. However, what truly set this resort apart was the staff, who made us feel like friends rather than guests. That genuine warmth and hospitality made all the difference and made our stay so memorable. A special thank you to Tingnung, who warmly welcomed us on arrival, Mayur, Director of Food and Beverage Operations, and Untung, Executive Chef. Your generosity, sincerity and genuine care made our experience truly exceptional. Thank you for making our stay so special. We can’t recommend the Hyatt Regency Phuket highly enough and look forward to returning!

Phuket Kamala Hyatt experience
Hyatt Regency Kamala Phuket. What an awesome place to stay. The staff are extremely friendly and exceptionally helpful. The food is delicious and plentiful. Our room was spacious , clean and well appointed. I would recommend a room with the private plunge pool. Great for late night dips or a soak and cheeky cocktail.

All great, except food
Staff provided warm and helpful service. The facility is clean. Food choice and the quality were not as good as other Hyatt hotels. The club lounge offers a beautiful view but very little food selection.

Exceptional Hospitality at Hyatt Regency Phuket
A truly wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Phuket! From the warm welcome by K. Mae and Erin at check-in to the exceptional service at the Club Lounge, the hospitality was outstanding. A special mention to K. Fern, whose warm, attentive service made every visit to the lounge feel special. The buggy drivers were also exceptionally polite and welcoming. A fantastic team that truly made our stay memorable

Kids friendly resort with excellent services
Excellent hotel for kids and family stay. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the kids club / marine center. The staffs are super helpful and willing to go the extra miles ensuring the comfort of the guests. I would like to thank the staffs at Kids Club - Bow, Eiw, Disney and Nadia for extending their highest level of services to the guests. Also my gratitude to the front desk staffs - Erin / Kwan/ Ting Nung/Jie Jie for their helpfullness and assitance. Also, worth mentioning the "towel" art by the housekeeping was cute. Very creative in deed as they changed the design daily! Excellent job by Kad and Tang.

A beautiful resort on a Hill
I reunited at this hotel with four other girlfriends. We got a two bedroom suite and an adjoining room with twin beds. All of the rooms were facing lush green foliage and had balconies. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. The ocean was across a small street opposite to hotel. Kamala beach was 10 mins by car from the resort, where there were small restaurants and local shops. The big shopping mall was 50 mins away. You can download the Bolt app and get around the town easily. They do not have Uber. The Guest Services Manager, Erin, and her staff( Knoc) welcomed us and treated us so well. Everyone in this resort has been wonderful -from valet to housekeeping and in-between. They have an amazing morning breakfast (buffet style) with fresh fruit croissants and a diverse international cuisine. They provide transport within the resort via a golf cart bc it is difficult to walk in the hot sun. They come quick once you request one. I loved the resort, their staff and the Spa. Highly recommended this resort

Beautiful looking over the beach suite. Perfect for me and my family. The service for excellent 👌. This was our second time staying at this hotel and will continue going every year.

Not WOH quality at all
To be honest, we considered not raising any of this at all, given how our feedback was received while we were on-site; it didn't feel like escalating in the moment would have made a difference. Even now, after the fact, we find ourselves seriously considering planning an entirely separate holiday to make up for what should have been an excellent stay here in the first place. On the whole, the hotel fell short across every aspect of the experience.

Family stay at regency Hyatt phiket
We had a wonderful six day stay at regency Hyatt Phuket for the first part of our family holiday. The hotel is very peaceful and in particular the pool area felt very relaxed. Breakfast service was excellent, lots of choice and we didn’t feel rushed. We ate evening meals in the hotel restaurants most evenings also and these were also excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Perfect escape
Fantastic hotel with exceptional customer service. A little hilly but the golf buggies are a welcomed addition getting to and from your room. All in all, a great experience. The pool area is huge and overlooks the beach. Breakfast has lots of options and staff are very helpful.

A good hotel
Great place to stay if you are looking for holiday with family, this property is suited for family the way it is constructed. I came here for celebrating birthday of my younger son, the staff did there best I speacilly like to thank Ms Erin for taking care of my son's birthday and card the staff prepared. This property has lot of kids activities and surely the staff know how to take care. Only feedback I like to give is for housekeeping to be more vigilant with cleaning and turndown services.Also this property is near beach but it is rocky and not at all advisable for swimming one has to go to main kamala beach area which is 3 kms away. I also like give recommendation to concierge Mr Reen who is always there to help you around.

Not more than 4 stars
Property looks great. Pool were almost perfect but water too hot. Property has too many mosquitos and fruits bugs as well as flies flying around. Bellboy rushing which I don't like. We were on vacation, our time not their time. One of the guy rushing and tried to grab all the carry on and left scuffs marked because it scratched the property wall since they were so narrow to go up and down. Totally very disappointed because we just purchased the ride on carry on for $250
