Check-in Policy
The minimum age for check-in is 20 years old. Guests are required to present a valid physical copy of a government-issued identification or passport during check-in.
Payment Authorization Policy
Upon check-in, a THB 3,000 deposit hold per room, per night, will be authorized on credit card, cash (THB) or a bank transfer at the time of check-in to cover any incidental charges, in addition to room and tax with the approved credit card provided (or an alternative mode of payment) for the entire reserved stay. While most authorizations are released immediately upon departure, some may take up to 30 days depending on the issuing bank. If there is an issue with a pending authorization, please contact the issuing bank by calling the number on the back of the card. The front desk is available to assist with getting approval released.
Third-Party Payment Policy
Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort does not accept the credit card authorization form. A secure online payment (Omise) is available. Please contact phuket.regency@hyatt.com directly to arrange a prepayment.
Booking & Payment
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Full payment may be required at check-in depending on your booking type.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB.
Cancellation and no-show policies vary by rate plan and season, please refer to your booking confirmation for details.
Child Policy
Children aged 12 years and under stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents.
Complimentary baby cots are available upon request for children under 2 years old, subject to availability. (Maximum of 1 cot per room.)
Extra beds can be provided at an additional charge, subject to availability.
Children must be supervised at all times, especially around the pool and public areas.
Children of all ages are welcome. Guests aged 13 and above will be charged as adults. Rollaway beds may be available for an additional charge.

Pet Policy
Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort is not a pet-friendly hotel. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Smoking Policy
Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort prohibits smoking in all guest rooms, suites, and public areas. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas. The hotel will apply a THB 10,000 plus 7% VAT cleaning fee to any guest room that violates this smoking policy.
Furthermore, the smoking of Cannabis is strictly prohibited anywhere on the hotel property.
Safety & Security
Guest safety is our top priority. Please follow posted safety guidelines when using resort facilities, particularly the swimming pool and beach areas.
The resort is equipped with 24-hour security and CCTV surveillance.
For emergencies, dial “0” for immediate assistance.
Pools & Beach Safety Policy
Lifeguards may not always be on duty. Guests are advised to use the main pool, Casa Boho pool and beach areas responsibly.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Thailand and the Hyatt Global Privacy Policy.
Personal information is collected solely for service enhancement and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Dining & Alcohol Consumption Policy
Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the resort.
Please note that the legal drinking age in Thailand is 20 years old, and valid identification may be required.
Smart casual attire is appreciated at our dining venues, including Casa Boho, Mizu Teppanyaki, and The Pool House Kitchen.
Regency Club Access
Club access is available to guests staying in Club Rooms or Suites and World of Hyatt Globalist members.
Privileges include daily light refreshments and evening cocktails from 5 - 7 PM.
Smart casual attire is required inside the lounge.

Nahm Spa
Guests aged 16 and above are welcome to enjoy treatments at Nahm.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment. Full treatment charges are applied to late cancellations and no-shows. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointments or rescheduling (charges may also apply).
Events, Photography & Drone Policy
For the privacy and comfort of all guests, drone usage is not permitted without prior approval from resort management.
For private events, weddings, or professional photography, please contact our Events team for arrangements and permits.
Lost & Found Policy
The resort will make every effort to locate and return lost items.
Found items are kept for 90 days before being disposed of in accordance with company policy.
Liability & Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property caused during their stay.
The resort is not liable for loss of personal belongings; safety deposit boxes are provided in all guest rooms.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), the resort reserves the right to modify or cancel services.
