Welcome to Casa Boho! I am Chef Fernando, originally from Chile, and I take pride in being a culinary virtuoso with over 15 years of experience in kitchens across Chile, Australia, and Thailand. As the head chef at Casa Boho Phuket, my passion for Latin American cuisine shines through in every dish, offering an authentic dining experience that’s truly unique in Phuket. I’ve crafted a menu that blends bold, diverse flavors from various Latin countries, showcasing the best of Latin American culinary traditions. Some dishes perfectly embody this fusion, like my Tiradito Hamachi and Pulpo a la Parrilla. These creations reflect my experience in both Peruvian and Nikkei cuisine. I highly recommend that everyone try my Ceviche and Carne asada, but honestly, all of my dishes are to die for!
