The Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is "famous" for its giant gym and workout amenities (pool, basketball courts, etc.), but other amenities are an afterthought. My room was large and nicely appointed, but when you look closely, the cleaning is not up to standard-- every vent was coated in a thick layer of dust, as were areas of the walls, and the room service is an absolute embarrassment. I got food in a paper container in a paper bag with plastic utensils and no condiments, which made me feel like I was eating a $40 school sack lunch. The restaurant is very overpriced, which is not that surprising, but the quality does not even approach the price; save yourself the disappointment and just catch an uber to one of the delicious standalone restaurants in the vicinity.

Hotel was immaculate, staff very friendly and supportive and on-site services were invaluable to facilitating attendees during limited break times at our workshop. Location was convenient to downtown resources and amazing riverwalk network for running each day. A very positive experience overall with the facility and staff here exceeding expectations and setting the bar high for other workshop and conference host facilities. I would return here anytime for personal or professional travel.

The hotel was beautiful and I loved the comfort of my bed. The only complaint I have has to do with the parking garage for the concert I went to (we parked on the 4th floor and it took almost two hours to get out) and does not apply to this hotel.

We stayed at the Hyatt for entire week for our workshop. Thanks to the hard working staff at the Hyatt our event ran so well and our attendees were so pleased with their stay/meeting spaces. Hotel is located in a great location downtown and is walkable. The hotel is massive and in pretty good condition. I highly recommend staying here. It is also the ideal location if you need to host a meeting or event. On-site AV company is very expensive but the hotel will accommodate 3rd party vendors & are still very helpful.

We arrived at 2 PM. We were told there was no rooms available unless we wanted to upgrade. We decided not to upgrade. When we checked in we were given a room on the 23rd floor. We got ready and left very quickly to go to an event. We didn't even have a chance to look around. When we got back, we realized how dirty our room was. It was completely covered in dust. The coffee maker even had dust inside. The bed and the rest of the room seemed clean. Our impression was that the room was cleaned weeks before. We thought it was very gross on the part of the person that checked us in to tell us that there was no rooms available when clearly this room had been sitting for at least a week. Normally, I would not write a negative review, but the hotel did not respond when I followed up with photos of the room. The room was a great price for the location. The valet staff was great. And Starbucks and the hotel was super fast in the morning. The front desk guy that told us there were no rooms available was not being honest. The lady that checked us in was very nice.

Housekeeping staff did a good job keeping the room nice and clean and in general the facility looks good and clean for a business trip. Food is okay. Coffee is convenient in the lobby area. Got a nice view as well to see the projected pumpkins on top of the building across the hotel and the chapel.

My stay was comfortable . The state of the hotel and room met my expectations. I was glad to have daily cleaning services. The cleaners were very helpful in terms of delivering requested items in a timely manner. Overall I was impressed with the service.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly especially the valet. The breakfast was delicious. I didn't choose the buffet but my hash browns were crispy and the biscuits and gravy were exceptional.

My vehicle was broken into, robbed, vandalized and attempted to be stolen.... And after the staff was notified of the incident all that was offered was a room at the same rate that was paid the night before.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and staff was great all around. We got a city view and it was absolutely stunning. The room had a very spacious bathroom and the restaurant had amazing food and the drinks were spectacular.
