Great service and a nice conference center but typically costs a lot to attend a conference.
Hotel and conference center staff were very kind and attentive. Everything was clean and well kept. The housekeeping staff member assigned to our room was fantastic and very friendly and kind. The only complaint I have is something that is consistent across all hotel/conference centers. The cost is extremely high. While we are a professional group, we are still people who live on budgets and do not make hundreds of thousands of dollars each year. We work hard to make ends meet like most people and the prices are very high at conference centers.
Great Experience
This hotel is located in a great spot. It's clean and the staff are all awesome. I had a bad fall while visiting and they helped me tremendously. The fall was not hotel related, but that didn't matter. They were still concerned and assisted me.

Great Stay All Around!
First-rate all around. Would stay there again. The rooms were clean, and all the staff were professional and pleasant. Very short walk to the convention center. Good location.

Twin Cities Meets NACAC 2026
Great hotel with walking skybridge to the convention center. Amenities were great, food was wonderful, and staff were so welcoming and nice. I would stay here again and again.

Room amenities not delivered as arranged
Room was not ready when arrived and even after 3p. I ordered a bottle of wine to be in the room upon arrival for my wife birthday. It wasn't there nor did it ever arrive.

Pretty good
No inconveniences. I was able to upgrade my flight for a comfortable price with was very appealing. I want to travel to the Midwest again. The experience was pleasant. Booking my ticket with TripAdvisor was the best choice.

good hotel over price didnt even get breakfast
overall a good hotel but over priced for what we got. housekeeping was great, had issue with wi-fi took a hour to address.

Excellent hotel, I highly recommend this location
Location: The convention activities were easy to access from the hotel lobby, not a long walk at all and very comfortable. There are many restaurants and pubs in walking distance too. Staff: The hotel staff we interacted with were all very pleasant and helpful. We never waited more than a couple minutes at the front desk, and the restaurant/bar staff worked quickly and efficiently. Whenever I walked by they were smiling and laughing either with guests or other staff. This helped make the atmosphere at the hotel feel very welcoming and comfortable. The rooms were cleaned and restocked daily in a quick, thorough manner by a friendly housekeeper, Ramphone, who spoke pleasantly to us when we greeted her. Housekeeping in some hotels seem almost afraid to speak to us, but those here were all open and pleasant. Rooms: The single king room we had was very spacious and the bathroom with walk-in shower was also large. There was limited room in the closet for our 4 day stay, but my husband kept his clothing in his luggage so it worked okay. Our companions were in an accessible room across the hall which was 2 double beds and a roll-in shower. This is the first hotel I've stayed with them which actually had spacious rooms for the wheelchair and equipment he uses. The room had plenty of space for his assistance lift in both the bedroom and the bathroom. The air conditioner in our room worked well, our companion said he wasn't able to keep it at his desired temperature, that it reset, but I didn't experience that in our room. The ELEVATORS! We have gone to many conventions over the years and the elevators are always an issue but these were GREAT. They were swift and none were ever turned off - all 5 were working the entire stay. Security: I had a concern about my door lock halfway through the stay, and the front desk sent someone from security up immediately who checked the lock mechanism for me. It was working well and I felt safe. Later, there was a public incident a block from the hotel while we were there, and the staff handled it very well. We were kept informed of the progress and there was a letter hand delivered to each room afterward explaining the hotel's actions. The hotel nor guests were in any danger, but it was comforting knowing they were prepared and apparently well practiced in emergency procedures.

CANvention success
Great hotel with prepared and professional staff. Clean comfortable and welcoming for our entire weeks stay. They stepped up to host more than 600 members of our group with no issues.

It was a good stay. 5 days and the Hotel is super clean and the staff, including the custodial staff were great to interact with. The greenbelt area behind the hotel is really nice to walk around and this area of the city is very clean. No complaints here.

Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel. Great beds and pillows. AC was easy to adjust. The ice machine was close by. Very nice hotel for sleeping. The Roxie Dinner about half a block away was a great place to eat.

Happy with Hyatt
Very nice hotel. The room was clean, staff was friendly. An excellent stay. Dinner was excellent in hotel restaurant. The workout room was the nicest I have ever seen in a hotel.

Typical expectations
All was good except the following. Coffee maker didn't work, fridge stayed at 44 degrees not 33 (way too warm to keep food safe), doors slammed very loudly, waking us up often (proper closure mechanisms can take care of this), windows were dirty on the outside which showed up in all of our photos.

Good solid hotel for a business trip.
A huge hotel, centrally located. Close to the Convention Center by street or by skyway. Blocks away from many restaurants and bars. An enormous, very well equipped gym; a rarity in hotels. Next to a greenway that provides a pleasant place to walk. Some homeless and disturbed people on the sidewalks nearby but there is a considerable police/security presence in the area. Single women seem to be unafraid to walk or run in the area. Parking fees seem exorbitant (I did not park a vehicle at hotel) but nearby parking garages have very reasonable rates. Room was clean, amenities were good, housekeeping services are optional but available, lots of soft towels, bed was comfy. I found the air conditioning confusing to adjust and windows don't open.

This hotel was meh
The staff at the front desk were excellent. The housekeeping staff were also great! Unfortunately, my first night there I was jarred out of sleep at 1:20 am by a fire alarm that was maybe a “whoops”. It went off again when I got back to my room over 20 minutes later. Guests were given a letter, shoved under their doors apologizing for the issue, but it was dated 2024. I stayed there in 2026? Additionally, my shower curtain was covered in mold. And when I asked the front desk staff why folks were parking in the electric charging spots while not charging a vehicle (I drove a plug in hybrid), I was told that this was a 3rd party issue. Overall, the staff were great, but the structure and management of this hotel is pretty poor.

A late-night fire alarm, a cold room, and the delay in addressing both concerns are not the experience we want for our guests. We’re also sorry for the confusion surrounding the EV charging stations and for the inconvenience caused when they were not functioning as expected. Your comments have been escalated to the parking garage management company. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and hope we can earn back your trust in the future.
Very close to Convention center
Nice reception with friendly staff, room as expected but I believe it needs more lights. Overall it was good experience and close to the convention center. Area is not the greatest specially at night. Not good restaurants around except Lotus. Staff at Starbucks (Samson & Mercy) were very friendly, extremely polite and very helpful.
