35th Birthday stay at Hyatt
I visited with my wife and my 5.5 months son. During checkin i had to take my luggage myself.The room upgrade request was also rejected. The baby COT given for my son but without mattress and blanket. I enjoyed the spa facility especially the hot tub and the cold plunge. Also enjoyed the food with my family.

Exceptional Service
The staff went above and beyond! Great stay all week, fantastic breakfast, lovely room, highly recommend. On one occasion, a woman at the front desk helped us urgently change money, even looking into her own personal wallet when we had trouble with our card. Talk about service!

THE PERFECT WEDDING DESTINATION
The perfect place for wedding and social events as well as for business purpose ideally located and well connected with the city. Excellent breakfast spread and delicious food. wide variety of selection.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY
This is an excellent property & the hospitality is much better than other Hyatt properties mainly due to the people responsible. However I felt this time the house keeping was lacking a bit compared to earlier expeience with same property. Food is extra ordinary here

Good , great foof
This property is good throughout the year but not in marriage season. They hike the rate and service suffers . Also the rooms need facelift . It is very old fashioned . Need to modernise, bathroom and room

Wonderful Trip to the Hyatt
Fully recommend location & hotel - Breakfast meetings - location to the Office - Evening team building - Transport was efficient and staff knowledge recalling your name and personal but professional touch.

Had a wonderful family trip at kolkata. It had been possible with Hyatt Kolkata. Thank you Hyatt and all the staffs. However,few suggestions like more restaurants and bar, mosquitoes inside the restaurant and cleaniness of swimming pool would have been better.

Pleasant stay
It was a pleasant stay at Hyatt Regency Kolkata :) Check in process is quick and smooth. Staff is friendly and helpful, they will attend to your request on timely manner. Nice place with chilling ambience and suit for relaxing :)

Very good hotel
A good family hotel. Nice food. Great hospitality. Very kind and trained staff. Very courteous. Did not care for food ordered for kids. Lot of complimentary things were served. Overall very customer friendly.

It was great experience as I visit second time with my wife and we both thanks Hyatt regency Kolkata for a night stay.the staff were very friendly and the hotel atmosphere is excellent.I can surely visit it again and again
