The hotel to stay in Kolkata
Excellent hotel and i had the best view of Salt Lake. Staffs are very responsive and helpful, especially Katherine, Pranchi, Presna, and the breakfast managers.

Exceptional Hospitality and Memorable Stay at Hyatt Regency Kolkata
My stay at Hyatt Regency Kolkata was an outstanding experience marked by warm hospitality, excellent service, and a truly positive atmosphere. From check-in to dining, every interaction reflected professionalism and genuine care. Special appreciation to Sandipan, Aishwar, Arup, Aloke, Anusri, Mughaidul, Debabrata, Bubu and Mishra, whose attentiveness and warmth made the stay even more memorable. The food was consistently excellent, the service seamless, and the overall environment uplifting and comfortable. The staff’s dedication to guest satisfaction sets a high standard and makes the hotel an easy choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended.

Hyatt- Business meet
Hotel is very good with spacious room and good, clean large washrooms including bath tubs. Staff is very sweet and the BF menu is decent.

Nice and comfortable stay
Very nice and comfortable stay with Hyatt Regency Kolkata. I completed enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was major highlight.

Beyond of expectation, highly recommend.
I really enjoyed it. A very high-level hotel, in all aspects. Highly recommend for both tourists and business meetings. Positive atmosphere throughout the stay.

Allmost lost my liking for Hyatt... would have rated 2* But...
I was NOT very happy with my check in experience and all that i had to go through during the process even after being dead tired from travel and day long work hours, it felt i have come to a government office where i have to struggle for my needs. I thought i'd change the next day as i had to sped 4 days in Kolkata. BUT...all was not lost at Hyatt, there are some spectacular people i have met at various places in Hyatt who made sure how a customer should be treated. Few mentions are Alok & Kuljeet at the breakfast... Kuljeet may have stammers in his speech but he’s supremely courteous and attentive with a pleasant smile always sticking to his face. And one special mention to Soumya Banerji at concierge who looked omni present to me. He knows what service industry is all about and how to treat a customer and make him feel special, would go out of way to help so the customer is happy. Appreciate his attentiveness and his push to resolve. Way to go Soumya, keep it up!! Hope, i will rewrite my experience for good next time.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Kolkata. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The dining experience was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options and impeccable presentation. The breakfast buffet in particular was a highlight, offering fresh, flavorful dishes to suit every palate. I was especially impressed by the hotel’s serene ambience and well-maintained facilities — the pool, fitness center, and spa provided the perfect opportunity to relax and rejuvenate. Birthday Treat
Celebrated my Mom’s birthday with an overnight stay. Had the best experience of my life. The staff went over & beyond to make the ocassion extra special. The room was beautifully decorated with Heart shaped balloons, Birthday Signs, Bouquet, Chocolates and a fabulous cake. The entire team - right from Reservations to front desk to Room Service to Lounge to the Breakfast staff - were expectional. Thank you for your hospitality and great service.

Very good Hospitality which i didn't expect.
I don't have much to say. Just go to Hyatt Kolkata and you will experience one of your best stay in kolkata. The same happened to us and the experience was excellent for me and my family.
