Pet Policy

Only cats and dogs are allowed in guest rooms.

A deep cleaning fee of INR 2,500 plus taxes per pet shall be levied, for a stay up to three nights.

A bed and two bowls will be provided for the pet. Guests are responsible for providing pet food.

Pets should not be left unattended at any time. Guests can reach out to our Guest Services for pet supplies.

Pets are not permitted in any food and beverage outlets or the health club. These exclusions do not apply to service dogs.

Rooms will not be serviced if the pet is left alone in the room.

Pets must be leashed and restrained at all times when outside your room and on hotel property.

Hotel will not be liable or held responsible for loss of pet on or off the premises.

Guest is fully liable if the pet physically harms any guest or staff or himself/herself in the hotel premises.

Guests must walk pets on the designated walking trail.

Guests are not allowed to bathe their pets in the bathtub or sink.

Visitor Policy

All visitors are required to announce the purpose of their visit at the front desk, with the resident guest’s details.

All visitors must furnish valid government photo identification, irrespective of the visiting hours.

Any visitor accessing a guest’s room between 10 p.m.–6 a.m. must be registered at the front desk. Also, the applicable difference of an extra occupant charge of INR 1500 plus taxes, per night, needs to be paid by the guest.
