The Regency Ballroom measures 610 square metres (6,565.9 square feet) and is the largest of the hotel's function rooms. It can accommodate up to 100 guests in a boardroom setup and 800 guests in cocktail reception arrangement. It can hold up to 660 people theatre-style, 340 classroom-style, 400 people in banquet arrangement and up to 110 in a U-shape. Concealed track spotlights and crystal chandeliers provide attractive sources of lighting for a special event or conference. The small anteroom can be used as a breakout space, while the tripartite ballroom faces outward onto an open terrace and landing for a simply remarkable event. Situated on the ground floor, below the Lobby level with an exclusive entrance, Regency Ballroom provides a contemporary and elegant feel, with nearby specialties like the Ballroom Lawn, pre-function areas and terrace. The Ballroom has a professional control room fitted with state-of-the-art equipment to operate the entire audio-visual for an event. The Regency Ballroom can be partitioned into three self-contained meeting or dining areas, providing considerable flexibility.

Each room can accommodate up to 60 people theatre-style, 30 classroom-style, 90 guests in a cocktail reception setup, 40 people for a banquet arrangement, 60 people in a boardroom style and up to 28 people in a U-shape. These two functions spaces can be combined for meetings, measuring 138.2 square metres (1,486 square feet). Together, the space can accommodate up to 120 people theatre-style, 60 in a classroom setup, 180 for a cocktail reception, 70 people for a banquet arrangement, 50 in a boardroom style and up to 45 people in a U-shape.

The area measures 204 square metres (2,196 square feet) and can host cozy office parties and get-togethers. The venue can accommodate 160 people for a cocktail-style event and 70 people in a banquet setup.

The room is 52.5 square metres (565.1 square feet) and offers natural daylight. It's designed mainly for a meeting/conference setup and can accommodate 16 people in a boardroom arrangement and up to 16 people in a U-shape.

The area measures 2,918 square metres (31,398 square feet) and is ideal for hosting a special party or major events. The Poolside is an open-air option for an event, complete with a pavilion and the largest landscaped swimming pool in Kolkata. This venue has the added benefit of water features in the lower lawns as the backdrop. The ambience provides a natural and fresh feeling to any event.
