Amazing Experience
Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The customer service provided by each employee is great and you feel valued at the hotel. The hotel area & rooms are very clean. Spa experience is amazing. Location of the hotel is at center of the city so going anywhere is very convenient
Amazing stay
Courteous and helful staff, great breakfast at the hotel. Lounge was exceptional. Location is great too if you want to visit any embassy.
Overall very good experience
Everything was good and well maintained. The rooms and common areas were kept in good condition. Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel’s cleanliness and maintenance.
Worth comfort with reasonably High standard.
Location of hotel is great, for moving around New Delhi and Old Delhi for site seeing and other work. It is quiet and comfortable.
Broad impressions from a recent short stay
Good location, access is a pain, rooms getting a bit dated, helpful staff and good ambience and facilities. The food was disappointing - I ordered room service and it was not good. Breakfast was standard with decent variety, no complains at all.
Dissatisfied stay - not expected in world of Hyatt.
Not a good experience. Need more attention on cleanliness, and retrofit of old wooden flooring and beds. All the time TV was not working . Called for assistance. Bathtub is for children not for adults.
Amazing stay
My husband and I stayed here for almost a month and had the most outstanding experience ever! The staff, location, atmosphere and rooms are impeccable. Don’t have enough good things to say about them.
Five Stars for Saad, Nadeem, and the Entire Team
I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my recent stay, and I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional staff who made it so memorable. A massive thank you to Saad in customer service. I encountered an issue during my trip, and Saad went completely above and beyond to help me resolve it. He was incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. It is rare to find someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction, and his prompt assistance made all the difference in my trip. Additionally, no stay here is complete without a visit to the spa, which I look forward to every single time. I always make sure to book a haircut with Nadeem while I am there, and I cannot recommend him enough. He is incredibly talented, pays great attention to detail, and does an absolutely excellent job every time I sit in his chair. Thank you to Saad, Nadeem, and the entire team for another fantastic stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely be returning!

Hyatt regency Delhi now my first choice fir delhi
The staff were warm and welcoming, and the entire experience was world class. I was so impressed that I’m changing my reservation at another favorite Delhi hotel for my return later this month so I can stay at Hyatt Regency Delhi again.

Great staff
I stay at this hotel frequently due to my work trips. I find the staff to be so courteous to anyone and for anything. Hope the employees are getting paid well. They deal with so much from guests.

Hire good staff for check in and check out
Front desk poor while check in and check out and in dinning was poor (late service) else everything was good .. hotel swimming staff was arrogant

Exceptional hospitality
I would like to give a special shoutout to Nirmalaya at the Regency Club, as well as Sandeep, Jatinder, Madan, Vikrant, Hema and Lalit just to name a few. The staff at the Cafe was particularly professional and highly skilled. Great stay at Hyatt
It was great stay.over all experience was really good…though I feel there could be more vegetarian dishes but still available menu was ok.

Customer handling is extremely poor and there is no customer care
Customer handling is extremely poor and there is no customer care Hotel looks like railway station who goes who comes staff doesn't are as they have customers don't care to retain them
Worst experience ever, taj is much much better.
Poor service, inefficient staff, waited for valley for 20min still park car by myself. , someone opened by room without my knowledge with its masterkey, purely breach of privacy, which is a crime in these kind of industry. They address my room with other guest by sending a note and welcome choclate on their name in my room

Good overall stay. I was celebrating my birthday and it was as per expectations. Would have loved more if there were some activities at the hotel.

Pathetic stay. Save yourself the trouble
Terrible property. My room had seepage issues and my shower just didn’t work. Hot water took 15 mins to start flowing in the hand shower. My family who were on the same floor had similar issues with their shower which remain unresolved during our stay. The management acknowledged the issue but barely did anything to make up for it. Shows that they don’t care

Great service, ambience, food and location. Transfer to airport was also offered. Staff is super and decoration feels refreshing!
