The China Kitchen is a contemporary Chinese restaurant in Delhi that introduced the city to the first-of-its-kind, stylised interpretation of traditional Sichuan dining. It presents a unique concept of 'dining in the kitchen'. With three expat chefs from China, each a master of their specialty, the restaurant offers the perfect introduction to authentic Chinese cuisine. The restaurant consists of four sections: an open kitchen, five tastefully designed private dining rooms, the wine wall and tea bar, and the main dining area. This ambience enables guests to enjoy their meal in a traditional setting. Signature Chinese delicacies offered range from Peking duck to Gong Bao chicken to an array of dim sums, bringing together tradition and timelessness.

Syrah presents a spectrum of food inspired by the Levant region in the eastern Mediterranean region. The menu, specifically designed to ensure that our guests are spoilt for choices, features refreshing salads, inviting grills and expansive mezze platters prepared by chef Kareem and chef Kasim. La Piazza has been bringing authentic Italian flavours to New Delhi for decades. It was the first Italian restaurant in the city to import Italian products, as well as the first to introduce customers to little-known Italian wines and that legendary dessert, tiramisu. This widely loved trattoria-style restaurant features a classic wood-fired oven, which perhaps is one of the first Renato ovens in the country. The restaurant sources farm-fresh ingredients from the hotel's own farm and serves them in all the dishes at La Piazza.

TK'S Oriental Grill offers delectable dishes of Far East cuisine, including Indonesian, Japanese and Thai specialities, with the oriental grill brunch featuring fresh sashimi, sushi and salads, along with champagne or sake. The restaurant welcomes diners with warm wooden decor, specially designed terracotta crockery, coloured marble table tops, paintings on the walls and gleaming grills. The authentic cuisine and expertise of the chefs in action at the teppanyaki counters makes TK’S Oriental Grill an entertaining meal option that assures a magnificent dining experience.
