Kimanis Ballroom

With its separate hotel entrance located on the street level of the hotel, Kimanis Ballrooom offers 530 sq m of event space. Fully extended, it offers seating capacity of 380 for an opulent sit-down dinner or 400 for a cocktail reception. It can also be divided into two smaller areas, Kimanis Ballroom I offering 340 sq m and Kimanis Ballroom II offering 190 sq m of event space respectively. The adjacent foyer space adds impressive options to your event, ideal as registration area.

A unique residential style and multi-functional event venue, centered around a show kitchen. The Residence offers 146 sq m of space ideal for exclusive private meetings or social gatherings, ranging from small parties to personalized weddings. The event space can also be divided into two smaller areas offering 73 sq m of space respectively. It also features a boardroom and a VIP holding room. Themed after a modern contemporary art gallery, ideal for exclusive private weddings, engagements or social gatherings. The Residence offers 146 sq m that accommodate up to 160 guests.

Keembong Room

Suited for more intimate, personalized events is the Keembong I and II function rooms at the lobby level. It offers 116 sq m of space. Hold a theatre-style meeting for up to 130 persons or a boardroom meeting for 45 persons. With the option of dividing this venue into two rooms, 56 and 49 sq ms respectively, you can review your latest prospectus with 40 colleagues in either room. This room can also be illuminated by daylight through its windows or blacked out to provide the atmosphere necessary for all types of presentations. Suited to more intimate, cosy weddings , it is suitable to host up to 70 wedding guests or a 100 guests for a cocktail event.

Club Level Conference Room

Enjoy the exclusivity, within this intimate and private executive boardroom, located on the 13th floor. The boardroom table is set for 10 guests, allowing for smaller meetings complemented by the stunning panoramic view of the South China Sea.

    A deposit of 3,500 MYR is required to confirm the venue, after which a second deposit comprising 70% of the estimated banquet expense is due one month prior to your wedding banquet. All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Balance to be settled after the event.
